Hey snowburger I don’t know if you will see this when I saw your nascar flips 1 vid I noticed that there was some skins that weren’t there for me like the Marcos Ambrose number 9 Stanley car I wanna know if it is either a skinpack or from the original 2013 mod

Those were schemes I made but they were never added into the final version of the car. However we do have all the schemes from NTG 2013 and will be imported in by smunger, but I do not know if he plans to publicly release them.
