He is a Green Avonside Saddle Tank Engine with an 0-4-0 wheel arrangement. He has a #6 by his cab on both sides. He also has American styled pistons & side rods. He is also Thomas's best friend.

Also, the reason why I did the HW Screen Time Rant is because Thomas & Snoopy are TV show characters, just like the Screen Time package says, it caters to characters/vehicles from TV Shows, Movies & Videogames. It says nothing about a special feature or trick and thomas dose not have a hook up to hook up to another hot wheels Thomas.
