A total of 64 individuals competed in the Pro Open Male Division at this tournament, these are the top 4 players on the Final 9 holes. Each player payed Y10,000 to enter the tournament. A total of Y640,000, or at Y140 to the USD $4,571.00. The payout in total USD came to $1,519.00, basically just a 33% payout. It is the biggest reason, among some others, that I do not play tournaments in Japan. In Japan, you're not playing Professional Disc Golf, you are playing Hobby Disc Golf. The difference between a Pro and a Hobbyist, one should be able to make money if they do well and profit, the other, the Hobbyist, they do it for the enjoyment and winning money isn't a factor. I give all the Japanese players a lot of respect... they love disc golf, it is their life because they play for the love of the sport.
Love the new introduction! Miss the old music tho on the hole previews
Thanks for your comment!
We plan to use the same music for each tournament.
Please keep supporting us!🥏🇯🇵
The new hole breakdown music is great! Where is it from?
what a tough first hole!
Thanks for your comment!
My favorite hole!!

I think the reason for the small amount of prize money is the lack of activities to collect sponsors.
We want to change this situation.
@@Dch-discchannel Good point... but still a 33% payout is very low by any standard.
