They should add a function on all food stands that lets your Sim take a working shift rather than hiring a vendor. Then you could run a business anywhere - even at home - or be a traveling vendor with a food truck.
That's actually crazy that this much content is available through basegame, a lot of this is is my most used stuff from all their respective packs lmao. if anyone is reading this, please consider this video and ones like it before you buy anything for this game because at this point you can get the same enjoyment from this type of stuff and mods vs dumping money on packs. My apologies to console players though, I spent my first 2 years on playstation and it is absolutely rough out there.
@@cait7660 I'm still on playstation and I'm having fun with the game (got lots of packs though). I really like all the CC and mods I see other simmers using. Whiny Brit's sims always look so good...wish we could have those things on console
I’m on PlayStation as well for the last four years. I’ve only been on base game this long. Used to play on PC with the Sims three but when the Sims four came out, we all know how that went. I just bought seasons over the most recent sale for Black Friday because you really can’t get that via debug. Honestly, you couldn’t be more right though. The amount of items that you could get and don’t have to pay for is absolutely insane. Rogue is definitely a good word. 😂
If you’re playing on console don’t type “debug” in the search. It won’t work. Just pull up the item search and leave it blank and do a “blank search” this took me yrs to figure out since most ppl that play the sims are on pc and don’t know the console differences.
Yeah, it took me a while to find out so many things, thinking they weren't avaliable on console. Just recently learned how to use first person mode, it's fun to mess around with.
The Bridge idea is amazing. Love how we can get the event items from gallery. Came in handy for the Grim Reaper event when my nephew went and did almost the entire event and it's account based so I didn't get most of the rewards on my save file. Also I didn't know a lot of these events even happened
Satch you have the greatest idea's I've played for years and watching you. My reaction is always the same "omg! How did i not know! my mind ever time i watch you 🤯😊
Never thought one of my gallery uploads would ever be in a SatchOnSims video. XD The reward boxes are non-functional now, but the cheat to give the Positivity Ambassador trait still works! Or at least it did a while ago. Who knows what recent updates might have done to certain cheats...
5:52 they work how intended. When your sim travels to the lot, they will load outside of the elevator. However, you can only have one elevator on the lot if you want functionality.
ah so like if you have a sim go home and they live in the penthouse they always stand at the elevator which is a little nicer I feel as it feels like they just took the elevator up
I tend to get overwhelmed by Debug and often miss things in the menu, but some of the objects you showed here (The Wisteria tree for example), I was like wait THAT'S BASE GAME! I might want to integrate some of these. Also, I often forget about the Gallery 'room' option LMAO. Thanks again Satch, I love you in the most Asexual way!
I've been having stability issues since the latest update but build/ buy doesn't seem to be affected for me. I played during Sims Sessions but the items aren't unlocked across all saves so cool to know they're on the gallery. Thanks Satch👍
Some notes about the cheats in this video: 1. The moveobjects cheat doesn't need "on" nor "off" added. It's what I would describe as a "toggle cheat". The cheat can be used to turn the cheat on and off, and as I said, without specifying that you want it on or off. 2. The vast majority of debug objects, as Satch said, are purely decorative, but they also don't have collision, so that means that sims can walk through most debug objects. However, aside from of course the possibility of clipping with sims as they move about, most debug objects can be placed anywhere without consequence. 3. I haven't tested this except for some accidental tests, but I'm pretty sure that debug elevators act as spawn points for sims. I once downloaded a community lot off the Gallery that used a debug elevator inside of it, and sims would be standing in front of the elevator when traveling to the lot. IIRC, these elevators are used in City Living apartments, so I've more or less concluded that the elevators are probably the reason why sims aren't standing outside when you you load up a City Living apartment. I sort of wonder if bad things may happen if more than one debug elevator is used on a lot, if you can place more than one... or if sims will just pick random elevators to spawn in front of. lol :)
Car park, i thought of like the park you go to for fun just for cars. Like swings and playground equipment made just for cars. 😂 For these events Zero has a mod of the Christmas one
13:46 With the lovestruck pack, occasionally a "wealthy weirdo" will ask you to meet them in the woohoo hotel, this is a way that allows you to gain unavailable collectibles without cheating, if you're dead set against not using gallery hacks like these I got one of the bunny eggs from it, I originally thought the eggs were from hosting an Easter holiday with the seasons pack, but this part of the video tells me otherwise~ ✌️😳
So debug items have polycounts? Interesting, that would mean that anyone who uses a lot of debug landscaping will have their game slow down. That would explain a lot, but still, there is a lag in the game. So if they use a lot of polycounts in the set dressing of the world it could cause game lag, so it could be the reason why it takes so long to load up, and there are a lot of animations that are reused. I don't mind having a beautiful world, but I also want a usable world.
"The best thing is that they are free"... but if you're ok with using debug cheats, then you should be ok with using a money cheat if you need money to buy things (insert Satch bursting out laughing here) LOL
@ when you come into the game to your lot and while playing your lot there is this fog….you cant see your lot from any distance .its anoying.thank you for your reply. 😀
They can but someone under this video mentioned that you need to leave the search field blank on console rather than typing in debug (after doing the show hidden items cheat of course)
I'm not sure why but the size x up and down function doesn't work on Xbox or PlayStation. As the keys that are supposed to make it happen simply just don't.
I don't agree that the number of polygons of these objects is the reason why we didn't get them in normal built mode. Half of the debug objects are low poly and the other half are detailed, but in normal build mode you can also find some high poly objects. I am 100% sure that the only reason why we didn't get these objects is because EA wanted the environment and it's objects to seem more unique (which is incredibly stupid, but EA made a lot of stupid decisions when creating the sims 4)
Ye hate that you clickbaited everyone. You show a tree that is for a pack then say it’s base game. Like wtf is wrong with you. I’ve started to become done with your bs this is honestly just rude behaviour.
The Better Build Buy mod makes using the debug items sooo much easier and less overwhelming
I second BBB mod! It made using debug items fun
Yes to this!
That one, MCCC, and TOOL are my favorite mods lol
was it still buggy after the update cause mine was and i deleted it
@@kuoctkai352 I had no problems with it after the update. And I have tons of cc to go with it too. No problem at all.

I do recommend downloading the better build buy mod as it organises your debug and makes it easier to find stuff

Whyyyyy have I never thought of searching for debug stuff on the gallery? Big brain.

As an Ex console player myself, you can do the cheats/debug on the console.
