The 1911 Coronation series is quite nice if you can find the whole set. The series includes King George V, Queen Mary, all six of his children including Prince John, who died of an epileptic seizure at age 14, George V's mother Queen Alexandra, and his uncle, the Duke of Connaught who was the last surviving son of Queen Victoria.
Nice to see the Newfoundland stamps. There were some nice issues. I am from Nova Scotia, just south of Newfoundland. A slight correction on the pronunciation, the emphasis is on the first syllable, not the second- NEWfoundland rather than NewFOUNDland ;)
Just an FYI, Newfoundland is pronounced as if it rhymes with the word "Understand" not with the emphasis on the middle syllable FOUND. Also, fun fact, Queen Elizabeth II was on thousands of postal stamps in her lifetime, but the very first was the image of her you have of her as a girl on the Newfoundland Stamp.
The Trail of the Caribou stamps commemorate the Newfoundland forces in WWI , each is inscribed with a different military action they took part in
Amazing stamps. I love your channel. Thank you so much for sharing your collection.
Very nice pack of stamps we don't see very often. As a Canadian stamp collector, I would love to get into Newfoundland one of these days...
Lovely stamps.
Beautiful stamps. Thanks for sharing!
Enjoyed, I went through my New Foundland stamps 2 weeks ago

Nice little collection. Just discovered you through Exploring Stamps. FYI, unused Newfoundland stamps are still valid for postage in Canada. Cool huh?
Newfoundland has some great stamps. Always liked the different monarchs and their wives. The three stamps at 4:18 is a Coronation issue

Nice video. So interesting that Newfoundland issues stamps themselves before the Confederation I believe.
