WSDC 2015 R3: IDN vs SG

The third round of the 2015 World Schools Debating Championships held in Singapore. The motion was This House supports academic tracking in primary and secondary education. The debate featured Team Indonesia in Proposition and Team Singapore in Opposition. The debate was won on a 2-1 split by Singapore.

Does anyone know how long the prep time/how long before the contests are told the subject before the actual debate is held? for instance, wsdc

some rounds are pre-announced, which means that the topics are released months in advance, but most are impromptu - which means there's one hour of prep time before you go into the round. there's no internet allowed, only pen, paper, an almanac and a dictionary.
