These are our 11-12 week old sapphire gem and speckled sussex chickens. We bought them from our local farm store at 2-3 weeks old and they started growing quickly, so quickly in fact that we had to build a coop for them within a few days. it's not perfect but they seem to really like it. In all honesty I really can't tell if we have any males in the bunch (9 chickens) but I am hopeful city ordinance be damned. Let me know what you think of it any improvement we can make within reason are greatly appreciated!
