      just watch the scorpion ,observe its anatomy and system and try to find the error in its biological structure.

      and who created that species ?

      @@mazharabbasbukhari7390 I'm not sure what you mean. Scorpions, like any other organisms, are subject to genetic disorders, among other things, so yeah, every living being has "errors". For example, I have inherited bad eyesight. If nor for modern medicine, I would be legally blind. I'd call that an error. Not sure what that proves though, since having or not having "errors" has nothing to do with something being created or uncreated.

      @@WhiteScorpio2 how narrow minded and arrogant does a human have to be to only believe in something they can see, hear, smell, touch or taste? if i were to hold a pen in my hand and said this came literally out of thin air, not even a brainless animal would believe that and your telling me this perfectly built universe with everything in it intact suddenly appeared? if you were to see a pencil you would say this was definetly designed however a human being so brilliantly built with all its complimentary organs and systems does not have a designer? do you know how many things humans believe in without seeing/feeling/touching etc and they *scientifically exist* such as gravity amongst other things. And who told you God has to appear visible to the eye to debunk atheism? atheism itself is built on "what ever is sensed with the 5 senses exists" that entire idea itself is the most faulty idea arrogant human beings have hallucinated because of their lack of knowledge and excess of arrogance . Also do you even know how genetic disorders happen for you to even think how ur thinking? Everything around is a notion and a pointer to the existence of a designer, originator and omniscient.

    Sounds as if you're not quite grasping the whole atheism thing.
    You cannot debunk- being a SKEPTIC or "CRITICAL THINKER".
    (atheist).
    You cannot debunk- "wanting more proof and evidence that a Creator exists." (For ANY of the numerous god-based religions).
    There are atheists that would gladly be a believer TODAY if the assertion of a God could be UNDENIABLY PROVEN.

      The problem is with undeniable proof of God comes understanding and comprehending God, God is too great to be understood or comprehended. If you want some occurrence or miracle then that already had happened, and the problem with this also is that what is a miracle. A person living, let's say, 400 years ago would see a flying plane as some sort of miracle or sorcery; but after centuries we have a flying plane due to the advancement of technology. When the Sayed says "debunking athiesm" its about debunking the popular notion and arguments of atheism.

    @17:26 I think you are uncharitable in your interpretation of Bertrand Russel's words "What science can not tell us, man kind can not know." He is not saying "What science does not tell us, man kind can not know." and as such seems to be saying that science will eventually lead to all knowable truths, not that science is the only way to any or all of those truths.
    Though this is equally my own interpretation and the best way to understand what he meant would be to ask him which sadly can not be done.
    @18:47 "Do you have scientific evidence, to present, that science is the only way to learning the truth?"
    I do not think anyone has scientific evidence that science is the only way to the truth. What people do have evidence for is that science is the best currently known way to the truth.
    This is depending on what you mean by truth, but if you mean that which is in accordance with fact or reality, then it works pretty well.
    As for a simple example of evidence that science is the best known way to the truth as described above so far, almost everything you interact with in your daily life and the ways you interact were a result of studying the world and how it works. Every car is proof that we understood the world enough to reconfigure bits of it to do what we wanted it to, as is every book and all your clothes and your job and even the way we farm or farming itself. Humans as a race would not be able to change the world in such a deliberate way if they did not understand enough to make what changes they choose. Understanding that has mostly come from science.
    Science as a methodology has worked quite well so far. It is not the only one we've used or the only one that's worked, but it has had the best 'predictive power' so far.
    @21:46 about the inherent limitations of science re childrens questions.
    I wont say that science doesn't have limitations. It takes a long time to understand stuff, its often unpleasant or difficult, science only lets you gather knowledge, not use or utilize it, and science also only deals with what exists that we can observe, directly or indirectly and can experiment with.
    But the questions of why am I here, where did I come from and what's the purpose of life? Science has answers for all of these. Not fulfilling, or meaningful answers and should you keep asking down the rabbit hole it will eventually terminate in a "I don't know." but it does have answers.
    Specifically the answers are, "Why am I here?" You were moved here, if you are asking why you exist, due to your parents doing an act that brings forth life.
    "Where did I come from?" your last location, if you mean where were you before birth, as far as we know you weren't anywhere as you didn't exist yet.
    "What's the purpose of life?" Overall life appears no unifying purpose, if you mean what is your purpose, ask your parents why they wanted you and what they wanted you to do or ask your culture or ask other people or ask yourself what you want to do, all are equally valid.
    If you are asking as for an 'ultimate purpose', you would have to clarify what you meant by ultimate first. Though if you meant final, then your final purpose hasn't been figured out or decided yet.
    This appears to mostly be disagreeing with scientism rather then debunking atheism. Its interesting and I'd like to watch the rest of the series as you put them out, though I doubt I'd put such a long comment them, this was very spur of the moment.

    Atheism is simply a lack of belief in a god, not a rejection.
    For example, if my religion believes in a planet that contains life 25,000 light years away that cannot be detected by modern telescopes, do you have to go out of your way to reject it? You might ask for proof but I say you only need faith, does that absolve me of responsibility of proving of this planet's existence?
    The issue of atheism vs agnosticism is more of semantics really. If you approach a self proclaiming atheist and tell them they are more likely an agnostic since no one really knows the existence of God they would probably respond with 'yeah okay I guess I'm agnostic'.

    • @jimlovesgina
      @jimlovesgina 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Atheism is a rejection. I do not believe there is a god because all claims that there is a god are not convincing. Therefore, I reject the claim that there is a god. How do you continue not believing in a god when you are inundated with claims to the contrary unless you reject those claims?

    • @briannewton3535
      @briannewton3535 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Re: "The issue of atheism vs agnosticism is more of semantics really." It is more than semantics. agnosticism is a subset of atheism. One might be a gnostic atheist, or an agnostic atheist. One can alternatively be an agnostic theist. "Yeah I believe there is a god, but I don't have knowledge, as none has been demonstrated yet, so currently unknowable, and maybe for ever"
      Saying that one is agnostic, needs clarification. One needs to clarify what one is agnostic about.

We are open to discussion whether based on belief, scientific facts or whatever there is to be discussed. And you speak about being humble when there is absolutely nothing to be humble about in athiesm. Is there anything humble around defying logic? Is there anything humble about denying in this world that is made of matter and matter is built from atom and even the atom has a smaller form so delicate and so carefully designed to not have a designer? If you were to look at a car you would have the mental notion of it having a designer, a reason behind why its built and what its built from yet you deny that this compounded universe is not designed and built by a creator? Is that humble to you? And based on what? Cant see God therefore he doesnt exist! Give me a break its 2021 and we still need our 5 senses to claim something exists when this was never ever the case?

However with my limited knowledge when I look at myself how with sophistication and detail I have been created. Leave all the other body parts if we only look in the structure of an eye how it catches the images and scans it and how it is placed in the face with the eye sockets protecting it. If all human beings on earth come together can not create a single cell from scratch then there must be a supreme power who can create things so beautifully and in so much variety. How a big bang can create the world so organized?

That a creator being we can’t sense in any way created us, or that nature and life gradually became more complex over time? We know that life did begin very simply and then became more complex - that is just a fact, even if we had no fossils and transitional creatures that show this happening, which we do. We could use strictly dna and that shows how all living things are related. This leaves you with not only having to come up with something that proves this evidence wrong but with having to explain an all powerful being, where it is, how it does what it does and how it was created.

You are "the puddle." the laws of this universe is "the hole." To suggest this universe is organised, you would need another universe to compare this to. How would you know what a disorganised universe looks like? For all we know, this could be one.
