Evening in the Park is so beautiful. But oh my goodness your heart must have been in your throat stitching to see if the border met up! What a relief!!
Hi Teresa Love all of your WIPS - Your Chatelaine is just gorgeous - wow. Love your Haul ❤️ I buy my Fabric for the Chart that I want to stitch on when I get ready to stitch on it. I do not own any fabrics laying around in my Craft Room. I buy them as I need them. Take Care & Happy Stitching ❤️🤗🧵🪡🧵❤️
Thank you Teresa, lovely to see your progress on evening in the park. I had a feeling you would go for the ship judging by the retreat video but the Afghan as well, wow, well done. Size does not faze you at all. Enjoy the weather.
Enjoy the summer Teresa look forward to seeing you as and when it works for you, you are such a joy your worth waiting for 💝 take care and Happy stitching 🧵
Amazing work as always. So delighted that Evening in the Park's border matched. That has happened to me many times. Can i just also say how stunning it is. Loved all your purchases. I was straight on the web looking things up. Can't wait to see your fully finished Summer ABC. I would love to have the courage to go to a retreat it looks so much fun. I hoped your enjoyed the good weather and your garden. Until next time take care and happy stitching/gardening xx
I also started a shared piece with my friends. It is Jan HIcks Creates Stitching With Friends. I made a copy of the chart for them to sign over the section they stitched so I have a record of them all.
Hope you got a lot of deck time in. Enjoyed your haul display. I’m on hold as far as buying new stuff for the time being so I get vicarious enjoyment watching you and other tubers that share their haul. Thank you! 🪡
Wow great progress 😊 the Christmas trees by liz matthews are a lovely stitch took me about a month of just night to do the first one. There’s a fab finishing video on TH-cam by liz too. I switched out the polystyrene for foam though. X
So glad your border met. That sure would make you feel like continuing on. It’s going to be stunning. Lovely haul. Especially looking forward to seeing your Afghan being stitched. Have fun in the sun ☀
Teresa - love you so much! Retreats - well I'm about to arrive at my first eval! Stitch-Con - nothing like diving into the deep end. I plan to spend lots! Hugs to you!
Deer Creek is stunning! and evening in the park WOW. I'm not usually a ladies chart cross stitcher but that Aquila is gorgeous, has an Egyptian feel about it. I love the Christmas jumpers they are so cute. Happy Stitching x
Would love to see a inside tour of Create Nostalgia next time please.Going to blame you for the online treats from there I ordered after watching your Wrexham meet up flosstube. It's so nice to see there are some actual stitching shops left here in the UK as nothing beats actually seeing the stitched designs and supplies in person.I have been a Shepherds Bush ,The Victorian Sampler and The Drawn Thread fan since the '90s so it was so nice to see you highlighting these designers.Their designs to me are timeless and never look dated.Enjoy all your goodies and Happy Stitching x
Love it when a video pops up from Melanie! I feel you with work and stitching. Im going for a higher position too and I feel you with the out your comfort zone bit! Im thinking of you and wish you all the best. Fab stitching and haul as usual! 💗🧵
Loved seeing all your beautiful stitching and your haul !! That’s funny I too have also purchased an Afghan something I would normally never do , so looks like I will be stitching along with you and the ladies! Thanks so much and enjoy your wonderful weather! Thanks , Kim ☀️
Phew the Chatelaine border meets up! All the relief! Loved your haul, and agree you dont do it often and its always a part of a retreat to haul it up big styles LOL take care, Nic x
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 enjoy the sun, there’s more to life than stitching as nice as it is! Great update as usual.. enjoy whatever you get up to over the next few weeks 🌞🍹
I love your jumper/romper. You know the afghan you bought? Well my previous supervisor had the other pattern (the one you didn’t buy) hung up on her office wall. Smaller than the afghan. Somebody stitched it for her. I had a hard time paying attention in her office because I was always staring at it. It’s just beautiful with the fall colors and bright pumpkins. Happy stitching and happy deck day ☀️
Picking stitches and seam ripping on sewing projects is the WORST, so that is the sign of a true friend! All of your projects look so beautiful. I kind of live vicariously through your stitching because I'm trying to remain monogamous with mine. (Just don't look at my HAED folder of patterns. SO MANY PLANNED!) ❤
Hello Teresa. I have just come across you, whilst watching Holly, the Cross Stitch Addict. I am a veteran stitcher recently picking it up again after a long gap. I was actually a Saturday Girl at the Needlewoman in Needless Alley, Birmingham, which was unfortunately forced to close some 25 years ago due to changes to our building 😢. Things have certainly changed over the years, and I am learning a whole new language including Wip’s & Sal’s, not to mention simply downloading patterns practically instantaneously via Etsy & other suppliers. I was wondering if you could tell me how to find out about UK retreats? I have done paper crafting weekends, but would be interested in meeting up with likeminded people to sew & learn. Thoroughly enjoyed watching you & especially your haul. Hope the summer is king to us all - Meryl
Oh, my! Let me see if I got it right: is that Afgan piece of fabric just for that one paper pattern that you've showed? Never seen anything like this, I can't even imagine how it would be to stitch on such dimensions, practically a blanket. I would like to see a stitch with me for this Afgan.
Hello from across the pond! I absolutely adore your videos. I can’t wait for the next stitch with me. I loved getting caught up with your May progress. I accomplished everything I wanted to do in May also. I hope you had a wonderful deck day.
Love all of your stitching and your haul. Looks like you are going to be very busy for the next few years. I have a wish list a mile long and it is so hard not to buy new patterns. The problem is I don't know, with all that I have now, if I will ever in my lifetime get them all stitched. I figure if I don't my three girls can finish them off. 😂😂😂Thanks for sharing Teresa and Take Care. 🥰🥰🥰
It was so lovely to catch up with you Teresa!! Your Evening in the Park is looking amazing - what a relief that that border met, you can relax for the last bit of it now… Loved seeing all your haul, especially the Afghan! I’ve just bought and kitted up the Christmas Village Afghan by Stoney Creek and can’t wait to start it soon, but I love that family farm one too!! Might have to email the Nimble Thimble to see if they have any more… Hope you enjoyed some lovely sunshine and deck time over the weekend! Happy stitching, Lindsi xx
Thank you for sharing the retreat and what everyone is stitching! That afghan is phenomenal! I have always wanted to do one, definitely as a wall hanging!
Oh my, how fun was this!!! Oh you being so excited is definitely a indicator that we will like the things and jump down the same "rabbit hole "!!! Loved the afghan pattern and the pirate ship. 😂⚾️
Your Evening in the Park is coming out gorgeous! Personally I would want to fill those gates in first but don't think you can go wrong with whatever you select to stitch on it next.
Hi! I found your channel from your Bella Filipina retreat video, and I love it. I started watching your videos from the beginning, and am currently on video 4 where you were having a biscornu debacle. I too love Heaven and Earth Designs and find them much easier to stitch than smaller projects with a lot of backstitch. I don't know if your opinions on that have changed since your earlier videos, but I'm sure I'll find out cause I'm going to be binging your channel over these next few days/weeks.
Ok, so I had never even considered an afghan but after watching this have just ordered all the supplies to do one! ... with you? I guess?... like I need more stitching to do!!
Another great video, sorry if I have missed it I looked back at the other video but were can I buy one of those project travel folders please? Happy stitching
I feel you on the ripping out...I've just spent the last couple of days ripping a big chunk of something I thought I would actually finish this weekend. Maybe I can finish it next weekend instead? Congratulations on your Chat border matching up!! It looks fabulous and I'm so happy for you! Good luck on the work-life-stitching balance! :)
I know you are very busy and multi-tasking, but could you tell me if you have made a video on, worn on the head magnifying type of contraption, please.
Beautiful projects! Loved the video! I am starting a Halloween Afghan and am excited, overwhelmed but excited! Also love the stocking! What size fabric did you get for the stocking?
Bestitchme here in the US has the higher counts. She also has the option of being in her colors or neutrals club. Not sure if she’s open for new people or if the waitlist is on.
So happy that your border for Evening in the Park matched up. Borders make me so nervous wondering if they are going to be correct or not. Can’t wait to see your start on that afghan. It is going to be spectacular. I saw it on your video when you visited the shop. Just went to my first cross stitch retreat this weekend and OMG did I end up with a lot of beautiful stuff to stitch. I need loads of time now to finish them all. I watch a lot of Sims 4 players on both TH-cam and Twitch cause I love to play that game. May I ask what your daughter’s channel name is? I would love to follow her.
It depends on the size of your project and how tight you want the fabric to be. Tightest tension is achieved using the smaller q-snaps - 6” and 8”. Many people find the 11” to be the best size as it is small enough to hold and still allows for a big stitching area. If you are travelling, an 8” might be better.
I love watching the progress of your Chatelaine. And I love that Glendon place pirate boat.
WOW!! Thank you for another wonderful video.
Hi Teresa. Really enjoyed seeing everything. Gorgeous projects and haul. Take care. Xx
Evening in the Park is so beautiful. But oh my goodness your heart must have been in your throat stitching to see if the border met up! What a relief!!

Does Susie have a website for her bags? Thank you!!

Who do you give his/hers cross stitch gifts too? Is it family or work? I don’t know anyone who would want a cross stitch gift from me.😢 Cute projects!
Please could you tell me what's the best size Q snap frame to use? i.e the average size for most projects, sorry if its a silly question. Thank you.
It depends on the size of your project and how tight you want the fabric to be. Tightest tension is achieved using the smaller q-snaps - 6” and 8”. Is your daughter is MissLollypopSims? I love her videos. I’m just guessing based on her first name. As always I enjoyed your video.
Who does the bags does anyone have a link
Injection of vitamin D? Don’t say that around your husband. Lol 😂 😂😂😂
Can l ask why you don’t just complete a project … rather then keep starting so many at one time 😂
Sure - I get bored easily lol and I love variety in my life lol
❤
