Love me some baby beach. Roger's beach is better though. They don't need to build a big resort around San Nicholas. The Aruban government needs to invest in the local people of San Nicholas.Turn San Nicholas into a art district with boutique hotels and shops with restaurants all own by locals. When you spend your money at international resorts 90 percent of the money leaves Aruba. When the tourists money is spent locally 90 percent of the money stays in Aruba. Great video bro. 19 days and counting. 🇦🇼 Aruba bound.
Well said brother, it was great seeing you guys. We are still thinking about the New Orleans trip ;-) Btw this message was not appearing in my panel (got a few more) so I get you when you say yt has been acting weird again. Our regards to Pagie.
Beautiful walk and video!!! Have secrets use and tear down the old refinery clean that space up and use that area for the hotel. I don’t think there needs to be anymore new construction on the island !!! At least we feel , part of the charm of Aruba 🇦🇼 is that it is not that congested !!!! Anyway great video Hyro !!! Say hello to Marleen she is still in our prayers !!! 🙏🏝️🥂🍾. By the way I still think you should be the Aruba Travel Ambassador !!!! You have our vote !!!!
Beautiful video! We love baby beach and get back to Aruba every chance we get! You and Marlee are a beautiful couple, so glad that you found each other and enjoy these wonderful travel Vlogs. You’re giving us great ideas for our next travels and we really get the sense of what the area is like. I personally hope they don’t put large resorts on this end of the island because what I love most about Aruba is the spectacular nature. The snorkeling at baby beach is one of the best we have done.
Thank you Hyro and Marlee for a very nice view and beautiful view of the Venezuelan mountains Baby Beach What can I say? Everything is wonderful, great photography and commentary. Thank you.
Thank you for another amazing videos! All of your videos have been so informative and have helped me plan a vacation for my family. I had the impression that Baby Beach was very crowded and touristy, so thank you for also showing the rocky parts that some were enjoying snorkeling. And so cool that those fish came to visit on this walk!
Interesting timing. I was just at Baby Beach for the first time on Thursday. We ate at the restaurant there just before we left. It was pretty crowded that day, but wow, what a spot!!! I wondered what those steel frames were...
Baby Beach is an oasis, and if they start building hotels close to there, it is going to take that feeling away. Some things should just be left alone. We missed going to Baby Beach on our last trip last month, but I’m sure we will be going there when we visit the island next year.
Another great video Hyro! Wish I had known about being able to see Venezuela from Baby Beach when we were there this past September. Perhaps when we return this coming September it will happen!!
My family and I have been going to Aruba each year for 15 years (except during the pandemic) and hope I run to you one year. Really enjoy your calm and relaxing approach. Makes me feel like i’m still there. Keep it up!
Thank you for sharing. I’ve never been to Aruba but you make me feel like I have. I’m going next year for the first time with 13 family members:) I hope to meet you and Marlene:)
Wonderful video. Thank you Hyro and Marlène! I was never able to visit baby beach during the month. I was in Aruba. I don’t drive and unfortunately cab was a bit out of my budget. I am planning to come back and this time I will make an effort to see this beautiful beach. At least before it becomes overdeveloped!
Thank you Hyro for you wonderful informative videos. They have helped so much in our decision of where to swim first with our small grandkids, and where to eat and where to grocery shop, etc. We'll be there for 2 weeks on the 11th November....We hope to see you around the beach(es) or in town. Thank you to your lovely wife as well, Marlene ❤ Cheers to you both
We love going to Baby Beach, I really like that you can rent chairs now and there is a restaurant also. When we use to go there was nothing there. Can't wait to be there again in November.
Thank you for the tour! Our vacation to Aruba is coming up, June 20th! I know it's going to be hot, but it'll be so nice to be in the water. We are staying part of our time at the Boardwalk boutique hotel :)
Thank you for doing this video of baby beach ~ my husb and I were there in May but it was soul festival and it was so so crowded We had hard time findin a spot to walk between hundreds of tents to get to the ocean ~ it is nice to see it thru this video on a regular uncrowded day
Mardi Gras due in on Tues June13! Been getting ready for this by watching your terrific videos! FIrst time and I hope I run into you! Great videos Hyro!
Such a lovely beach! It’s also a great spot for snorkeling and seeing turtles if you’re lucky☺️ very cool moment with the fish you got on camera btw!! Cheers and until the next one!
Hello Hyro, Will be back on your beautiful island again tomorrow, at our villa at the Ocean Club.. Your videos have been the next best thing to being there for a couple of years now. You are an Aruban treasure. Hope to see you both, out and about.
@@LetsgowithHyro Hello Hyro, we had a wonderful time as always. Thanks for asking. Will be looking out for you when we are back in May. Until then, will follow you and your travels across our favorite place. Stay well.
As always Hyro I love the baby beach Video. I see u r wearing a Florida Marlins hat. They will play my Nationals very soon. U already no who is going to win. Lol
LOL yes my friend, the Marlins are finally playing a bit better this year. It's still strange to see the Nats struggling the last couple of years. Btw Marleen tells me the M on my hat is not for Marlins but for Marleen hahaha
Thank- you for this …helped a lot since we had a trip planned to baby beach this morning. Because of you from the moment we landed and we picked up our rental car I felt like I have been here before 🙏
Thank you Hyro and Marlene for another great video! I have a question: what is the fate of Kong Fui shopping center near Palm Beach? Any chance it will ever reopen?
One of the biggest headaches of traveling to and from Aruba to Canada are the Covid requirements, which we had to endure during our last trip to Aruba. We've been anxiously waiting for those to disappear before we even think of doing another trip. They were both costly and, in our opinion, unnecessary. Well, today I found out that our wishes came true. On both sides, you no longer are required to show a negative Covid test, and don't need to purchase travel insurance via the Aruba government. Yeah! Things are finally going in the right direction. Will start saving now toward our next trip.
An upgrade to the tennis court and picnic area would be great for the area. Can’t wait to return to my favorite Rodger’s Beach again, less than two weeks away!!! 🕰️
Somehow this message/comment skipped in between and just reading it now :-) I hope you were able to enjoy that area and notice the ongoing improvements being made.
Hello John, hard to say but yes normally November can still feature some sporadic 10 to 15 min rain. I would not let that stop me because rain in Aruba doesn't normally last for too long.
What’s the deepest you can go ? & how deep is the deepest part you can swim ? I’ll be going in June by myself. Do they also have life jackets ? Not the blowup ones
Personally I think developing some places for people to stay at at and near the Baby Beach is a good thing, because it was always disappointing to go there on a school trip or a day trip but not being able to stay there, always having to leave and go stay somewhere all the way on the other side of the island, but if there is a more permanent "population" there, that could mean the place could get some money in the area to help it have some more facilities, for example I remember that the roads to get to the baby beach were always always terrible and had many potholes. However I can understand the worries about what type of development gets built there and about the places becoming too tourist-ified, especially for locals all over the island which would often use baby beach as a way to get some relief from all the tourist crowded beaches on the other side of the island. There is obviously still spots in Savanet and Pos Chiquito that are still "local spots" but they aren't nearly as nice as baby beach. So I am okay with say 4 story tall hotel(s) being built in that area, have a low rise area there just like you have on the other side of the island. I am not that worried about the amount of people at the beach, because yes sometimes the beach can get crowded but I would say that 90% of the time it has very low numbers, so to prevent development in the area just because on busy days it would be even busier doesn't make sense because at other times it would be deserted, but having a hotel there means there would always be SOME people at that beach. There are also other spots around there which doesn't really get used but that with some upkeep could extend the usable beach space that is available over there.
Love me some baby beach. Roger's beach is better though. They don't need to build a big resort around San Nicholas. The Aruban government needs to invest in the local people of San Nicholas.Turn San Nicholas into a art district with boutique hotels and shops with restaurants all own by locals. It's been 12 years since my last visit to Aruba. 42 days and counting! Keep up the good work Hyro!
Enjoy it :-)
Thank you guys for taking the time that was a nice walk 102 degrees wow 45 windy and wet here in Massachusetts

Yes, it might get too busy for my personal taste but for the development of that area it might be a good thing. I like Rodgers beach too😊
I would love to see a snorkeling video of this area as well!
Noted👌🏼thanks☺️

It really is! The project is still on hold because of pending court cases so who knows.
Loved Baby Beach when last there in 2022.
We can see why😊☀️🏝️
Another great video Hyro! Wish I had known about being able to see Venezuela from Baby Beach when we were there this past September. Perhaps when we return this coming September it will happen!!
September could be a good month to spot it. We were there this past weekend and you could only barely see the coastline. It's been very haze lately.
My family and I have been going to Aruba each year for 15 years (except during the pandemic) and hope I run to you one year.
Really enjoy your calm and relaxing approach. Makes me feel like i’m still there. Keep it up!

Hyro, we are here in Aruba. Trying to decide between Baby beach and Arashi beach. We are loving Eagle beach. Hope to see you around
Hi there and welcome!☀️🏝️ Both are great! Baby beach has calm waters and Arashi a bit wavy at times. Hope to see you too.
See you guys real soon! 🥰🥰
See you soon :-)

Hello Krystal, no life jackets or lifeguards. The Baby Beach is formed like a bay and I suggest to only swim on the inside of it☀️🏝️
The locals needs are most important in my opinion.
I understand because this beach is not as big/long as say Palm or Eagle beach.
Hey Hyro, Been to Baby Beach many times and once again going in August. The first spot is that behind the restaurant? TIA Rob
Hello Rob, yes it's behind the restaurant.
Thank you so much. Apparently never noticed that. Family and I love your videos!!!
I was trying to figure out where to stay for 1mth. Did anyone have suggestions?
Perhaps an Airbnb? There are plenty of them.
We just made it to Aruba!🎉 Divi Golf Resort! We won our trip on "Wheel of Fortune " Hyro Marlene, come see us! The Tapp's😊
We will try to later this evening😊Otherwise contact us via www.letsgowithhyro.com Happy to have you here, enjoy to the max!!
i was here in the 1990 to 1994
That's a while back😊many changes in the meantime.
Would love to go back lived there 3 years, in washington 51. Best years of my life!
I remember 20 years ago, Baby Beach was quiet and very few tourists. What a shame the Government doesn't care to control over building in Aruba.
I hear ya :-(
Personally I think developing some places for people to stay at at and near the Baby Beach is a good thing, because it was always disappointing to go there on a school trip or a day trip but not being able to stay there, always having to leave and go stay somewhere all the way on the other side of the island, but if there is a more permanent "population" there, that could mean the place could get some money in the area to help it have some more facilities, for example I remember that the roads to get to the baby beach were always always terrible and had many potholes.

Hello thank you for your input. I also try to give it the benifit of the doubt but afterwards there is no time to go back so it has to work somehow.
