Thanks Steve. I love Nat King Cole, and so did my mother. I grew up hearing him all the time. I must have around 30 of his records, and one of my favorites is one of his Spanish albums, called A Mis Amigos. He did three, and I hope to get the other two eventually. 30 years ago I got to see some reruns of his TV show, and that was priceless! Such a great guy, very sad he died so young.
I think Reader’s Digest record sets were pressed by RCA Custom Pressing. They always did a spectacular job on those. MCA Custom did some pressing for Longines Symphony, and they also sounded great. Perhaps the reason being they weren’t mass produced quickly like the major record companies, even RCA and MCA regular releases, because they were a limited edition.

We had that, my mother brought that same album it cost her 20.00 plus shipping and tax. Lot of money back then.
