Please, can someone tell me the name of a MADE FOR TV MOVIE about the Stooges I saw when I was a kid. I thought it was called " Behind the Laughter." Not sure about that but I will tell you how it ended. It was them on stage and there was tons of applause. Showing that they all died never knowing how popular and loved they were. Thanks.

I remember this exact show,him reminiscing on his childhood in Indiana ( this was from memory).

The reason that people consider the original stooges to be Moe, Larry and Curly is because Shemp wasn't in it long before Curly came in and because there were so many years of their early shows with Curly, people don't remember that short time that Shemp was there in the beginning, they mostly remember the early Stooges (Moe, Larry and Curly) then Shemp being there in the later years because Curly couldn't do it anymore.

Of course Knight was a big fan of The Stooges He did a bunch of Marx Bros related work before he did MTM

Ive been a big stooge fan for many years. Even in his mid 70's Moe seems very coherent and sharp.

Love your friendly yesteryear village. Last time through ,Gone with the Wind was on the marquee. That would make it January 1940 on a first release. If the conductor is willing to step it up a few clicks, a lively tune of the era comes to mind. Will Bradley & his orchestra with Ray McKinley on vocals. Beat Me Daddy Eight to the Bar. That's not to infer, I didn't like your music 🎶. Then again, you may need to find track 29, for Chattanooga. A very beautiful woman said if you Take the A Train, it will get you up to Sugar Hill in Harlem.

I've seen this interview in the last year or so, somewhere else on TH-cam, and what I tecall the most is all the times that Moe touched Mike on his arm, when he is talking to him. I found it sweetly endearing. :)

Joe comes across as gay no matter if he was or not he definitely seemed it. That no doubt did not go across good with stooge fans or the American public back then and it still shouldn't today.

Besser was a great Stooge. DeRita was lame and wimpy.
