We have the regular size yoto player and the yoto mini. My daughter was so excited about the yoto mini and begged us for the yoto mini so we got it for her for Christmas. She has had it for almost 2 years now and she uses and prefers her yoto mini over the regular sized yoto player. If I were to go back and do it again I would just purchase the yoto mini even though both are great! 🙂
That is awesome to hear! It further helps me feel like we've made a good decision in giving our children the Mini size! Thank you for taking the time to comment and share your experience with it! 😀
Thank you for this detailed video! We are a bilingual household and it is challenging to find content in our second language. I was leaning toward toniebox out of several similar devices only because with toniebox you can transfer your spotify playlists and even save them. With yoto player it seems you have to own content in mp3 format yo record it onto a player. Do i understand that correctly? The ease of recording music/stories is decisive factor for me.
Hi! Thank you for taking the time to comment! I'm glad this video was helpful for you! Yes, from my understanding, Yoto uses mp3 files. You can use a "Make Your Own Card" quite easily with Yoto. Here is a link for a guide Yoto has made! tinyurl.com/mr36ct7f Good luck!!
Here's where I found it! tinyurl.com/8xuvevmx (The Make Your Own cards work with mp3 files) - thanks for watching! I also have a whole blog post about the Yoto Player, including our favorite cards, right here: www.justbeeblog.com/yoto-player-review-is-it-worth-it/
We love our Yoto! What a great idea to add the Storybook Bible as your make your own card. I will be doing that soon!
Hi Julie! It’s so fun that you have and love a Yoto Player, too!
