The real situation here is that shes back from rehab and getting evicted. Addiction is a strong thing and my guess is she had a fight with her father and decided to stay in his car until he caved in. However the dad was smart (probably because this happened before.) that he called the cops to get wittnesses and body cam footage. Because if he pulled her out or forced her she could claim assault among other things.
I had a friend whose boyfriend was doing this thing. Only she called the cops not because he would claim assault on her if she tried to pull him out of the car, but because he was likely to assault her himself if she tried to pull him out of her car.
