    This girl got kicked out of rehab, has a drug addiction problem, spends her father’s money wastefully and is entitled beyond belief. The father kicked her out because of her drug issues hence why he started giving her gift cards. I feel bad for the dad trying all he could to get his daughter on the right track and she just didn’t care and had the gall to stare directly his direction call him demented and old as well as expect him to save her when things go wrong.

      It’s a good theory if it wasn’t already proven wrong time and time again. Yes of course there’s individuals that are already horrible before the drugs but not all drug addicts come from a place of entitlement. A lot come from depression and anxiety disorders. Many come from mental disorders to begin with. Drugs and alcohol can trick your brain to feel good. And your brain will ALWAYS try to get a high to feel good. Doesn’t matter what. It could be drugs, sugar, caffeine, food, exercise, water, driving, even starving yourself can feel good. Don’t be so quick to judge millions of people and their addictions

    Youngers like this don't need "unconditional love." What they need is a sense of self-discipline to abide by society they live in; The mother traditionally teaches the kids how to get along with people on the social level & the father typically teaches self-discipline to avoid becoming a sociopath let loose in society. In that, it is the father's failure, at least marginally...But if it takes some cops to help him teach that, then he's still working on the problem.
    At some point however (such as when the kid reaches Age of Majority), you have to cut them loose to live on their own because *they have to know how to do that* & you can't always bail them out of their bad decisions; best you can do is give them the critical thinking skill to understand how to avoid making them.
    @16:30 - Girl: "I can't breathe, you're constricting me."
    Well, if you can't breathe, then you can't talk; talking *requires* breathing. So, STFU.

    Not saying he has dementia, but people with dementia CAN act perfectly normal. That's why it took my dad's doctors so long to diagnose him. He was perfectly lucid and in control during doctor visits, then at home was out of control and violent.

    With all of these "interactions" that involve police I have learned one thing.... cops/police/sheriff deputies literally give people a dozen chances or more. They ask and ask over and over again.. just listen to them.
