I make a lot of new outfits also but how in the hell are you pulling them up in costumes? Also how are you making them go invisible when kneeling? I can only do that with the premade GRFS costume!
If you finish the silent spade mission you GE the optical camo backpack. To save outfits go to special outfits and change outfits, if you have never used it before, any outfit you have on will be in outfit 0
UCP isnt for Urban combat it still doesnt even work good there. I used to think it stood for Urban Combat Pattern but nope I was mistaken. Sure would seem that it's for urban
