Very nice but it seems TV is nickel and diming with the charges. Also, in the one bedroom unit, having the bathroom entrance off the kitchen is gross!

No. Rent is about $2300 plus $180 for amenities , ad $250 for a garage.

These apts. are at Brownwood not Sumter depending on size and what else you want like garage. corner apt
up stairs or down price from upper thousand to three thousand a month with one year lease.

They are beautiful, but there is no way could we ever afford it. Our retirement checks would be gone in rent. Crazy prices, all inclusive or not. Thanks for the tours!
