INGREDIENTS AND MEASUREMENTS
:
1&½ cup of whipped cream powder
2 cup of water (cold)
2 cup of condensed milk
1 cup of cold evaporated milk (full cream)
a dash of vanilla

Yes you can but in this video I made the ice-cream using whipped cream powder which I reconstituted with cold water.
