The land case is at vandavadsi jurisdiction those days civil lower court were not in Vandavasi (munsif court) which was in Arni for civil and criminal, vandavasi was having only sub court.In Appeal respondent gone to vandavadsi that munsif court started in vandavasi.Notice served in old address Arni, near by at a village , not to present, chennai where he (plaintiff) in govt service .He got Respondent got exparte decree, three years over, whether it can be applied for condonation?
