It's a simple titinium white just make thin with paint thinner liquid and put on canvas

when i paint wet on wet, a lot of times my colors will start to mush and blend together even on a dry canvas (no medium or liquid white) I use winsor newton paints, almost never add medium unless it's for tree limbs and such, and use a variety of quality brushes. Especially when I'm tapping in leaves and bushes, it ends up having no texture and looks like a solid blob of color. What could I be doing wrong?
