For those doing a tourism thing of Green Day historical sites the spot where the show happened is next to an awesome Mexican restaurant called Los Moles. THe weekend buffet is pretty killer
About a year later they played the Che Cafe at UCSD that holds about 75 people on a good day, and probably close to 1000 people showed up. They moved everything outside and played for about 3 hours. Not even sure they got paid, no one asked me for any money.
