      @@thespookprod. Sim, mas já não existe em Portugal Continental desde 2011.
      "Entre 2010 e 2016, praticamente todos os contratos de concessões SCUT foram revistos, em parte com o objetivo de diminuir as rendas pagas pelos concedentes aos concessionários. No caso das concessões do Estado, as alterações incluíram não só a mudança total do modelo de concessão (passaram de um regime de portagens SCUT para um regime de disponibilidade) como também a introdução de portagens reais, uma medida que se revelou bastante controversa desde que foi proposta pela primeira vez (em 2002) e que trouxe este modelo de financiamento para a “praça pública”. Com efeito, as portagens virtuais / SCUT são um modelo de financiamento de infraestruturas e não eram um assunto muito conhecido da opinião pública até 2002. Contudo, nesse ano, ocorreu uma mudança de governo; o novo governo, liderado por Durão Barroso, defendia que os encargos do Estado com as suas concessões SCUT eram um grave problema orçamental e que a introdução de portagens reais nas autoestradas incluídas nessas concessões era a única forma de o resolver. Ao longo da década de 2000, as vias rápidas incluídas nas concessões SCUT do Estado foram renumeradas como autoestradas (por exemplo, a Via do Infante, pertencente à concessão Algarve, foi reclassificada de IP1 para A22). Depois de vários avanços e recuos e no meio de significativa controvérsia, no Verão de 2010, o governo (liderado por José Sócrates) acabou por avançar com a introdução de portagens em todas as concessões SCUT do Estado. Em 15 de Outubro desse ano começou a cobrança de portagens aos utilizadores das autoestradas (e antigas vias rápidas) das concessões da Costa da Prata, Norte Litoral e Grande Porto. Em 8 de Dezembro de 2011, começaram-se a cobrar portagens nas autoestradas das restantes quatro concessões do Estado (Algarve, Beira Litoral, Beira Interior/Beira Alta e Interior Norte). Em 2015 foi concluída a última revisão dos contratos das Concessões do Estado. Em 2016 a região autónoma da Madeira concluiu uma revisão aos contratos das suas duas concessões SCUT (Vialitoral e Viaexpresso), mas tal não implicou a introdução de portagens reais, nem a substituição do modelo de portagens SCUT por outro. De facto, nas regiões autónomas as concessões com portagem SCUT nunca geraram uma controvérsia da magnitude da ocorrida em Portugal Continental. Assim, desde 2015, existem 3 concessões com portagem SCUT em Portugal: a Vialitoral (Madeira), a Viaexpresso (Madeira) e a São Miguel (Açores)."

    • @diogorodrigues747

      Resumidamente, SCUT é um nome erroneamente dado às portagens eletrónicas que estão em autoestradas que já estiveram em regime de portagens SCUT. SCUT neste momento só na Madeira e Açores, no Continente já não há.

    The food all in Portugal is amazing but in the Northern is to die for.🤩 The Kingdom of Bragança used to be the richest area in Portugal . It was so rich that the king didn’t got tax from the citizens for many years. I am in love of Portugal, the people, the food, the country.❤️🥰😍

    • @diogorodrigues747
      @diogorodrigues747 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That is a mith... People in the area didn't get taxes because a great part of the region was populated with Leonese people and not with Galician people like in most of Portugal. Galician and Leonese didn't get along very well, so the abscense of taxes was an advantage and a way to "lusitanize" the region's culture. In fact, that difference it's still visible with the Mirandese language, an Asturian-Leonese language (and not Galician-Portuguese) and an oral past more related to Castille than to Portugal.

    Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro is the best place in Portugal for an Autumn experience. You have the vineyards in the south of the region (Douro Vinhateiro) and you have chestnut tree and oak tree groves in the northern part (Montesinho, Gerês). It's gorgeous.
    And you have 3 of the best autochthonous breeds of cows, perfect for "posta": Mirandesa (the one you had), "Barrosã" and "Maronesa". You also have autochthonous breeds of lamb (baby sheep) and kid (baby goat) and the cheese from their mother's milk (e.g. "terrincho").

    The normal alheiras from alheiras Gracinda (that you buy in continente) are good , but the best , of course, are homemade by our members of the family ;)
    Also if someone from Bragança, or Chaves, or Vila Real, or ANY PART OF THE WORLD tells you that the best alheiras in world arent made in Mirandela THEY ARE LYING!!!
    THE BEST ALHEIRAS ARE FROM MIRANDELA PERIOD!!!!!
    Really liked this video, i loved the way you portraid the city of Mirandela “the most beautiful city in the northeast”, keep up the good work 👍

    One fact...Alheiras not really from Mirandela or Bragança...It´s like Port Wine...it´s not originally from Porto!
    In the case of the Alheiras, they are originally from small villages in the district of Mirandela and Bragança. The fact is that back in the days, all the cargo and regional products travelled by train from Mirandela to Porto, and when it arrived in Porto, people who announce the cargo said "Here are the Alheiras from Mirandela", the name stayed! Like Port Wine, It´s called Port Wine because the train that made the transport of the wine came from the hillside Douro Region, where you can see all the vineyards that produces Port Wine. It´s a small country but you guys have lots and lots to discover!

      There is a thing that you might like to know about Japan. Japanese people don't eat sushi that much or as much as europeans might think, they prefer tempura.

    • @acceleratum
      @acceleratum 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I am a sushi fan, and I have been to Japan and tried good quality originals so I feel I can discern the quality somewhat. I can say sushi had a big boom in Portugal in latest years but 80% are chinese restaurants that make cheap fusion sushi to ride the trend and they are not very good but pretty popular for beginners due to having more common flavors and cheap all you can eat buffets. There are some good Sushi restaurants but very expensive and mostly in Lisbon or Porto, and even in those they are predominantly Fusion sushi, in fact most of the people who follow the new sushi trend never really tasted the original nori flavor or japanese sushi rice, not to say their bad, there are some really good ones but dont expect the Japanese authentic flavor, those are rare and I only know 3 in the north area worth mentioning and most ppl dont actually like them due to the strong flavors and the vinegar in rice (we are mostly a salted rice country) so you can expect the algae to be very mild, the rice to have small amounts of vinegar or even none at all, and the fish is mostly salmon. Very common to see plenty of vegetables like cucumber and mayonnaise or fruits added to the salmon, and theres only one restaurant I know of that I can consider really a Japanese restaurant which has more focus on other Japanese dishes besides sushi.

    Hello! I'm from Bragança and I'm very happy to be enjoying our region, a little forgotten by many people but with enormous wealth. In Bragança, given the whole situation of Covid-19, it will perhaps be a little more difficult to have access to certain places that I will talk about but that you must visit.
    First, our beautiful castle. Around the castle we have a wall that forms a heart. Inside it we have Domus, a unique monument in the Iberian Peninsula. As if that were not enough, inside the main tower we have a military museum (unfortunately I don't know if it will be open). And of course, as I know that in Bragança you eat very well (and drink a lot of beer ahahah), visit the Tasca do Zé Tuga that is inside the citadel.
    Another place I recommend visiting during the day, as during the night it becomes more frequented for bad reasons, is the São Bartolomeu viewpoint where you can see the whole city of Bragança!
    I also recommend visiting the Pólis area, where you can take a stroll along the riverside, although this area of the city already needs some works.
    Try to pass near the Cathedral of Bragança, it is a huge and quite beautiful church.
    We have many more things, but for sure you already have plans outlined and I also leave you in the curiosity of visiting a small town but full of love and affection.
    I hope you like it and sorry for the long comment.

    Both Bragança and Mirandela alheiras are good. Not being homemade, one should buy those produced in regional kitchens and not industrial ones produced massively. By the way, as a soundtrack from the northeast of Trás-os-Montes, I suggest songs by Galandum Galundaina.

    The idea that the alheira could have saved millions of jews in WW2 is mind-blowing.
    I'm not saying that it would work but it's that kind of idea that, adapted to the 20th century, could have saved lives like it did in the inquisition era.
    Also, I seriously hope that you don't return to Lisboa before going to Chaves and Vidago. I'm not one to promote and tell you where to go, because finding the best places to eat is part of the adventure, but the best posta I had in my life was in Vidago, it's a pizza place where they put a stone in the oven and bring your posta raw, cooking on top of that stone. Fucking amazing (sorry for swearing but it was that good).
    Edit: since you live in Lisbon, and because there are not much options or competition, I recommend you going to Prazeres da Terra In Estefânia (very close to Saldanha) they sell most of made in trás-os-montes products.
