I haven't seen the basketball episodes since I am not into basketball. I started with volleyball since it is the sport that I played when I was younger. Jota and Jaeyoon were part of the team as well. It was very exciting and they were the champions. I only watched judo to see how Jaeyoon and Jota performed in the judo season even though I really don't like judo. Glad I did watch because it was fun and very interesting.
Seeing a 20/21 yrs old guy being sweet to his Dad is very rare

Jota is overflowing with emotions. I think considering that he has huge talent and decided to quit because of injury and pursue other interest. Maybe there's more drama 2 years ago that makes him cry. How his father had supported him and dissapoinment and regrets that he didn't continue. Good thing that he join this show!

Coach Lee teases coach Cho so much it is so funny!! I just love watching their relationship so much and I think it is one of the reasons why I love judo as the sport so much. The coaches and all the members get together like family, and the coaches are just as funny as the fixed members. I never want judo to end!!!!

did u guys know an baul is a world champion? and when coach cho said "do you know what an baul said , the person who gave him the hardest time wasn't the russian judoka at the championship. It was jota" i'm feeling so proud. I saw a comment (just scroll down and you will find her and i know it's a comment from 2years ago but still it makes me so angry) where she said jota is 'nowhere near national level' because he lose to cho junhwi (reserve national team) and lee wonhui(a gold medalist).
b*tch ok first of all, jota is not receiving a proper treatment and intensive training like Cho junhwi and lee wonhui. He lose to cho junhwi because of JIDO (foul) not even a hanpan/jolban lmao and theyre fighting for 8 minutes. even cho junhwi also recognized jota because his competition with jota is the same hardest level like when he's competed to get national team title. if only he has a equal endurance with cho junhwi i'm 90% sure jota will win. and please also watch the clip when coach lee vs jota sparring in their practice room (not the actual competition), jota defense him a few times with an amazing defense and even coach lee is surprised! and he loses to coach lee in a short time because coach lee is already known what tactic or skill will jota did because it's his OWN student.
Jota has a SKILL near national level, he only doesn't have that much endurance and strength because he's doesn't get a intensive training like them. if only he doesn't have injuries and they make him into the national team, give him a few years, i'm sure he will become a great judo player and very possible to get a medal. so your opinion is invalid miss Jessie Vivienne. tq
I agree with u i know he has the potential. also, his losses against the national reserve and national player was just jido and not hanpan, as someone who retired three years ago he's really good strongand very smart! his opponents even praised and recognized him well like they were competing internationally, it was their honest opinion.
I agree. I am pretty sure if he does the same trainings as them that he would be way on the top. And anyone who underestimates him better take him on cause guess what, Olympic medalists, world champions and coaches acknowledge his skill and afford. If he didn't quit he would most likely be at taeneung training center with these champions

This is a very heartwarming and touching episode. I teared up watching Jota's father hold his hand and how the father looks at his son so lovingly. I am hooked totally.
It's 2019 and JOTA has me hooked! Judo never interested me as a sport to participate or watch, but JOTA elevates this sport in a way like no other! JOTA I hope that 3 years later you are still doing Judo and I am jealous of who your partner in life will be! FIGHTING JOTA!!!!

That's how it should always be despite some hiccups here & there. Heard about Volleyball possibly being the next sport after Judo on Cool kiz? Hope so, Volleyball is one of my favorite sports.

By far, Judo and Basketball are the best games Cool Koz had ever done.
Basketball- almost all players are already good and the coachs are cool and great.
Judo- some changes in players but at the end they found the real team players and trained hard to get to this point and ofc the coachs are cool and great too.
Diff way in making a team but both are so good 👏🏻👏🏻

2019 and i'm still crying watching this episode especially when Jota bowed to his dad and also when he started crying omg its so touching..
this is the best game so far in cool kiz.. I will miss this episode cuz they bond like brothers.. the way they talk they joke's with each other.. I like jota cuz I think he's a humble and kind man.. a loving son to his parents plus the fact that he's good looking.. and gosh the way he smile and laugh.. it torn my eyes into heart.. hehe... not only him but also the rest members.. good job cool kiz...

Why? Why jota's game always gives me goosebumps and teary eyes? When he bowed down to his father. I can really see that the victory was for his father. All of his opponents were all good and he didn't want to disappoint his father so he fought so well. He's so precious! So lovable and natural on or off cam. I love u Jota! Missing the all the cast especially Jota, Jaeyoon, coach Lee and coach Cho.
They said Jota just 21yr old, cant they make him into the national team. It's kind of waste, so freaking good talent.
+ctpeminat1 Jota's really good, and tbh I totally adore this guy. But he's probably no where near national level yet. Last time when we had Cho coach's brother (a RESERVE national player) against Jota, Jota struggled for a long time before eventually losing. Next time, you'll see, he's up against Lee Wonhui coach (SPOILERRRR ALERT) and he's clearly no match, even for a long-retired player like that. So in the end, it's reasonable to see how Jota is definitely not national level yet. He has crazy talents, but it's just that.

+Jessie Vivienne I know he's not in a national team level yet, but he actually can be one with more proper and intensive training. He lost to coach cho's brother but don't forget that he hold on for 8 minute which is very tiring even for pro. Beside he lost with one ji do which means he actually didn't lose due to attack. Comparing to coach cho's brother which is in national team and he did practice almost all the time, he should do better than winning with ji do. No offense btw, I still admit that he's great. For coach lee, we can't compare him. He's in world level and I bet even the current national team can't beat him easily or maybe they still can't or some of them can, well I don't know. But for jota maybe he retired from judo for good. If he's not we would never know jota that we know now. And I hope the pad will keep him for the next sport too.

I was searching for 'Cool Kiz Judo' and it came up as a Facebook post.
Jota's bond with his father is just so precious. You can tell how much he respects and looks up to him. Same goes for his father. Just from the way he looks at his son, you can tell how much he loves him and how proud he is of Jota.
Jota is really admirable. Not only his athleticism but also being a filial son. That was so touching to say/hear , “Father, I’m happy to be your son.”

Finally something comparable to the basketball season. I remember being so nervous on every last quarter of basketball on Cool Kiz before and I finally feel it again in Judo. I was waiting for this~
P.S. I only started watching Judo when Jota joined even though I'm kinda Jonghyun biased. As one of the Madpeople, I knew from the start that Jota was a great judoka so when my bro (who watched every single ep of Cool Kiz and probably loves Cool Kiz than studying) told me about him joining, I totally started watching Cool Kiz again.
