Well, I honestly didn’t expect this) I thought the Tweety mechanic wouldn’t work against the main annoying boss. But as usual, I decided to check it out, and was quite surprised) it’s funny that the reduced damage from Max HP has not gone away, but Tweety deals so much damage that even 10% of it is enough to destroy the boss) At the same time, he imposes so many debuffs on minions that they simply do not have time to make a move)
But still there are 2 minuses)
1. Because of this, there is a lot of randomness, and since the damage goes through the DI, the Hand can use an AoE attack at any time, even if the minions are alive) so it’s still very easy to lose)
2. I’m sure the bosses will be clearly fixed on this mechanic, most likely they will not be allowed to receive a Warrant, which means the complete abolition of this opportunity)

no, this boss has damage reduction from Max HP damage. approximately 10 times, so, instead of 10% Sylvester, the investor will take about 1%. Tweety, due to the large number of warrants, deals somewhere around 100-200% of max HP damage, so, even with a rhis decrease it is about 10-20% per turn
