NSFW (venting my frustrations)

  • sorry for being negative. I'm going through a lot of stuff not only with my vm and pppd but my work life and other stuff...but having this stacked on top of it -_- I'm sure you can all relate

    This is incredibly frustrating! It is exhausting to have to explain, again, every day that I do not feel well because it all looks fine. I have found the most improvement with dietary changes suggested by an allergist, though I do not have allergies. Dairy was the WORST! Chiropractor for spinal and cranial adjustment can provide immediate relief-I can literally SEE better when I leave the office. It is fabulous! Hope you find some relief soon. Ps..that food cycle is incredibly frustrating. It's hard to think we'll enough to make good choices when not feeling well!

      thanks for the comment. I still drink organic milk in small quantities. I'm still following the HYH (dizzy cook) diet to a T... I also had a good day this past saturday at work and all day for the most part and i didn't get a rush of anxiety when i took my 2nd dose of venlafaxine as i had been so... that's potentially positive. Hope it keeps trending that way. I called an allergist but backed out from making an appointment bc I no longer had time with my work schedule. I might reconsider depending on how the next few weeks go.
