Uh I guess, that it might take away your "anxiety" in some cases....but I don't believe it really "takes" it away because for me..mine won't ever just be gone because of a song..although yes it's relaxing..if you really have anxiety you would know that.

I have extreme anxiety issues when it comes to sleep. I hate sleeping and often fight it. I'm trying to work on doing things in order to help me and came across this on Wednesday night and I listen to it every night. And go right to sleep. Thank you! so much talent!
Your not the only one, for school i would fight sleep so I would skip hours s free time and wouldn't have to go to school, but I just made the school day worse, things like these videos and meditation are great for these kind of struggles

Right now I am reading a fanfiction about the recovery (traumata) of a soldier and that music fits the struggle but also thankfulness and hope of the story so much! It was the perfect backgroundmusic for this and is really relaxing. I think I will hear it more often now, i love it!
