Every single clip, yes! I still get those awful frosted sugar cookies that fall apart in your mouth that taste like childhood and an impending stomach ache. I'm 40 and work part time at a Sally's. I've got a coworker who is 20. I entertain myself everyday that I work with her, by being as cringy as I can. It gives me a smile 🤗 yesterday I told her that the way she does her hearts with her fingers (pointer and bird finger) looks like chicken feet. Today I'm planning on coming in with a pumpkin spice drink. I gotta give her a "win" to keep it even
I'm a boomer. What's the bird finger?
Just say middle finger. It's not cringe, but it just feels wrong
@@Dana-eq5nzMiddle finger, the one you use to flip the bird
@@mental_decay_ 😅😅 you got me! When I was typing out the comment I just couldn't think of what to call it lol so I just went with the first thing I though of. I'll probably add it to my speech. "don't you like the polish on my bird finger?"...yea feels right 😅😍
@@Dana-eq5nz Flipping the bird? Someone below you said I should of called it the "middle finger" which isn't wrong either
"Doggo" SORRY 😂😂 so relatable
I am gen z with millennial trauma 😅 why is this me!
Honestly, I would love if kids clothes were also made in adult sizes. I need that crayon shirt, regardless of generation. I think we all just started going "cute is OK for adults" and I'm so glad.
The continuous sorrys 😂 me too dude
I mean, I would 100% wear the crayons shirt too 👉🏻👈🏻
millennial group hug ♥️
as a gen z please dont let anyone make fun of you especially especially for harmless things!!!! remember the wise saying "i am cringe but i am free" be free and live your life and have fun and if people wanna bring you down for simply enjoying yourself they have some problems they need to work out and you shouldnt pay attention to them
I’m an older millennial and I’m always apologizing or explaining my actions (to strangers too) and my husband is always saying “you don’t need to apologize. You don’t need to explain”… and I can’t help it! 😂 This makes me feel heard ❤
As a millennial I can confirm that we have been shat on our entire lives. Mostly over things we had zero control over, like getting participation trophies (that was our parents doing). It’s given most of us the worst anxiety that everything we do will make us a target of other generations.
Don't listen to others telling you who you are, you tell them who you are. Wear what you want to wear, like what you like , say words that you like. You are allowed to feel how you feel. Be you!
I was never a cool millennial, and I'll never be cool now that I'm older. You can just like things even if they're uncool.
“Can I just enjoy my life” 🙌 lol leave me and my cringey sh*t alone we’re very happy together 🫶
Yesssssss🎉
I’m gen z and I would 100% wear a “feelings are ok” crayon box shirt
Wait, are we known for apologizing in every situation?! I thought that was just being a human being!
Nope. It’s just us millennials apologizing for existing as usual!!!
@@AbsFabbsfor existing !!! absolutely!!!!!
@@AbsFabbs I’m a millennial and I’m autistic, which means I apologize 3x as much for existing 😂
The Darla is strong in this young one 😂😂😂 love that you’re headed down the same path with Target as mom…at first I thought you were in character 😉
It’s painful how accurate this is 😩🤦🏻♀️🤣
But why are baby/todler clothes so cute. Like i would wear that.
SOMEONE ELSE bumped my husband with their cart, and I said "I'm sorry." Didn't even notice how weird it was until my husband told me I don't have to apologize for someone else bumping into him.
as a gen z none of it is cringy
I know we're all cracking jokes but if you identify with the behavior in this short, you were abused and behaving this way is a trauma response.
absolutely!!! i was abused as a kid and have all of these behaviors and then some!!
I do the “sorry” one all the time 😂 anything I bump into, people bump into me, if I ever so slightly inconvenience my cats! Everyone/everything gets a “sorry!” 🤦🏻♀️
Our parents generation hates us and now so do gen zers. It really sucks
It's wild how boomers hate us so much when it's literally them that raised us, like ??? You made us this way, this is all your doing!
How dare you call me out like this! 😂
I say sorry to everyone & everything too! Whyeeeeee???? 😂
I’m a millennial and I’m not nervous and couldn’t care less what gen z thinks of me or how I “speak” or behave.. I can’t be the only one I’m sure
I like GenZ & my job as an older person is to be cringy & embarrassing for the yputh. I embrace my role. It's waaaaay worse to try to intentionally try to jump on their trends & ruin it for them. We are cringy because we are old- embrace it
Your profile name being Punky Brewster made this comment even better
The new Lego prices definitely ruined my childhood 😂😂🙄
One time while I worked overnight stock at Walmart, I backed into a poster of a plus size model while the store was closed and apologized to her.
...I really have no defense besides that I'm a millennial
im older gen z but i relate to millennials more because we were both raised by the boomers. the “sorry” as a reflex is so accurate 😭😭
TALK ABOUT CHILDHOOD RUINED. YES PLEASE LETS TALK ABOUT IT. IM NOT OKAY🤣🥲🥲
I don't get the childhood ruined HP reference. Could you explain this??
@@EvaStringersame here. 😂
@@EvaStringer sure no worries, the author of HP came out to be bigoted in ways that impacted many people who respected her and bought into aspects of HP that led to her getting massive profits. The issue is while some may still love the stories for what they are.. it’s now the battle of the old argument “can you separated the art from the artist?” If you want more info it will be the first thing you look up when you Google JK Rowling controversy
millennials give off debilitating middle child energy. and i love them for it. i love yall 🫶🏻
this is just me justifying any purchase i make 😭
This was all very “Canadian” to me! It was nice 😊. Especially the “I’m sorry!” while bumping into inanimate objects, and apologizing when someone bumps into you! 😂. I don’t think this person is Canadian. This is the first time I’ve seen one of their videos, but it just reminded me of myself. As a millennial AND a Canadian! All my love, take care 😄!
This is so accurate. I’m just confused and lost as ever and I still don’t know how to dress myself.
Honestly, as a Gen z, none of this is cringe. And ive been kind of in my own littke corber if the internet, so it could be very possible that calling these things cringe is a popular thing to do and i wouldn't know, but ive inly seen people call others cringe (old and young alike) when they're doing straight up disruptive and annoying things in public places amd excusing it by being "quirky". You know? Also, those garfield pants are fire, absolutely is a mood.
Every single clip, yes! I still get those awful frosted sugar cookies that fall apart in your mouth that taste like childhood and an impending stomach ache. Add to that the apologizing, the second-guessing, and a desire to enjoy what we like even if it's not entirely "grown-up." I joined the ranks of those concerned about riding health care costs and the possibility that I'll likely never retire, so don't think less of me when I continue to play Minecraft, do a paint-by-numbers, and still want my mom to brush my hair sometimes.
Edit: Oh, ever since my introverted little brain was conned into buying $120 of face cream by a handsome salesman with a lovely accent in a mall around Christmas years ago, I often avoid anyone with a booth or a clipboard
I'm a milennial and I'm waiting for the day genX finally admits they actually really get along with us...probably shouldn't hold my breath
As a millennial who’s very sorry… this is me
I don’t even trust a fellow millennial who doesn’t apologize all the time. I thought we all agreed to be worried about bothering people 24/7
Why you gotta call me out like this 😂😂😂😂
I’m genz (younger genz at that) but this is literally me🥲
as a gen z i love millennials !!! u guys are the best ❤ so sweet. cringe is not real !! its a made up thing fr
As a genz, I’d wear all of those 😭❤
Being afraid of my younger sibling's judgment is so real 😂😂
Dang this made me feel bad. Sorry guys
The Harry Potter stuff is so real 😢😢😢
Ok but the crayon shirt is so cute!
That "feelings" is so cute and relavant
“Youd wear that?”
“Yeah..🗿” **nuts**
Bro what😭
Ok, I that’s why I am always in a perpetual state of apologizing. Like over every damn thing. I’m crying millennial tears 😂😂😂😂😂
elder genz here, ya same especially in the "childhood ruined" second of this video 😢 I cant believe what that woman became...
What exactly did she become?
It sucks so much, all the joy it used to bring me, completely gone 😢

Love the represented traum of is millenials that we carry bc of our childhood 😂 that‘s why we love gen z Breaking the Circle
Why!! Why is this so accurate?!! 😭😭😂
I think they totally overestimate how much others think of them. Gen z just doesn't care as much as they think we do.
Dude, i ate those Little Debbie fall cakes last night 😂
I just want you to know I was anxious and this video made me feel better
I work in an elementary school and would absolutely wear that "Feelings are OK" shirt if it came in adult sizes.
‘Seriously can I just enjoy my life?’ Creased me 😂
we may say sorry too much, but the youngins don’t say it enough.
Too much anxiety. I’m fighting very hard to get all my millennials to stop being so anxious and apologetic. It’s actually annoying. I think I graduated to the don’t give a F level a bit earlier than my peers. They’re all slowly getting there. Just live your life.
As a 99 baby who is in no way like Gen Z (remembers VHS tapes, had a Gamecube NOT AN IPAD, and does not spend any time on social media), I 100 percent agree with everything in this video
