Ok, been playing around... some things... First, understand banking your coins. Once you get to a level 3 ballista, you can use it as a big bank. To get to that level, build lvl2 units maxed out and sell before round ends to get back all your money. Use powerful units forward, until the wave ends at the front, then sell for no loss, and move it to the back if needed. Once you're down to the last unit or 2 on a wave, pause & sell it at no loss and move back up to the front. Just be sure you have enough to finish off what's left. The level 3 laser & level 3 cannon are both useless. They look cool, but they are way too expensive to upgrade and reload way too slow to kill anything quick. Most I've been able to bank is about 160,000 and even all that into a lvl3 works only on ballista. Two lvl3 ballista where they can cross fire, one on strongest, other on weakest, got me to level 121. There seems to be shields on some units over level 115 as they take zero damage. I spaced out warpers to bunch up units to give my forward balistas time to kill what's in their range. Weapons get confused when a speedy guy passes by, so switching between fixed & unfixed is key at those choke points on a map. For those asking, fixed just means the unit stays on its target until dead or out of range. This can let faster units pass by since the unit will not retarget if it is fixed. Also note, i find time warper only sends back once except maybe orcs. So if it sends other units back, they are ignored next time they pass. Slowing units is better IMO. Also, i notice, play speed 1 is more effective at killing units. It seems like a glitch to me, but 2x is ok but 3x seems to not kill units as slowers speeds do. Lastly, chip damage does help around lvl3 ballista. Cheap units in front will chip down, then the ballista will break it down and cheap units behind it will finish them off. Hope this helps anyone😊
Excellent details! Thank you. One thing I'm noticing is that in the code it appears that damage is actually calculated by all "towers" across the map (averaged), NOT calculated on a per-tower basis. That's why they show "damage done" but not the actual hit points of the enemies. (Health bars are symbolic.)
@@TV-zh4yw yes :) It is addictive, but there isn't enough documentation on it out there. I tried the same strategies i find online, but for some reason can't get to replicate them and go past level 80
@@juansaloom yoo same i literally play this all night whole having a podcast playing in the background its so good. But i also get stuck at around 70-80 rounds. Ive also searched everywhere for forums on the best set up strategies lol

Is there actually a next wave bonus tho? Feel like they updated the game. I seem to get the same as hitting next wave as I would if I waited for the wave to end. This game is annoying addicting without and online strategy ha
I wouldn't call this the BEST strategy, but rather a suggestion for those just starting out in the game. Although I know we are on version 1.15 and a lot has been changed by the developers. Basically, now you need to call the next wave as soon as it is available up to level +150 to be able to evolve your towers to the maximum in the 3rd generation. My high score for this map was ~120k
Cool to hear more opinions on the game. I think it is possible to reach this map to 120K but to level 150 I would doubt. maybe you make a video and show us how? I can also publish it on your name in this channel...
My record is Level 136, Score 157 245, but certainly non-linear map like here... 🙂 Strategy to level ca. 130 is easy, but later... need more time to sort out 🙂

Got to 104, but the orcs at that level have shields and cant be teleported. Game is just an excruciating experience.
