Judge finds cause to keep husband of missing Manassas Park woman in custody

- A judge on Monday remained firm on a ruling to keep the husband of a missing Manassas Park mother in custody without bond for his alleged role in her disappearance.
The judge agreed with prosecutors that Naresh Bhatt, 37, who was arrested Thursday, was a flight risk and posed a threat to the community based on information revealed in the courtroom.

Mamta was a loving dedicated mother, a registered nurse, a girl who came from a background of decency & moral values. She would never left her child and walk away.
She was a dedicated mother, a girl of pure culture from Nepal and a registered nurse missing and he reported it after so many days after her disappearance.
The biggest dangerous flaw in our investigative process is waiting for the search warrant , talking to the prime suspect for 2 to 3 days or more thereby giving the suspect enough time to remove all evidences.....& Then spending the tax payers monies on searching for the same evidence !!!.....its high time to remove all these flaws...it looks pathetic the way these type of crimes are dealt with....

I also thought it was pretty darn interesting that to, within a day of her supposedly being missing and or not showing up to work that, that many people would call in on her..... is pretty significant. It's not usual that this would have happened to this degree with the typical American missing person case.
That's what I'm thinking, how could the tenants don't know, where are they and their statement ? Everything about this case is really fishy
he is a bit hard nut to crack...never do the mistake of releasing him...until he says the truth.....feeling surprised !!!! at this age....there is no source to find out where all he travelled after committing the crime....that too in an advanced nation....!!
The question should be what he has done to the body?! , burnt , grind , buried , flushed ,??!!. As everyone aware he is from military army , someone from the army or army officers needs to predict what may criminal / agressive / narcissistic mind army can do to conceal the dead body … ??! think of every bit of predictions, put this psychopath in a hypnosis test , lie detector test as they did to Chris watts and let his family member his dad / mom to talk to him and record every conversations, he might break one time to give a lead . The police interrogator needs to show him his wife pictures, his happy family pictures multiple times like in Chris watts case . Why taking soo late .. do something, truth needs to be reveal …
