Seeing them brings back so many memories of my childhood, youth and twenties. I loved watching these actors in their roles. I grew up with them and have watched many of them since then. Thanks for that quick trip through memory lane❣ I still remember those dreadful ponytails I used to wear at 5 years old until my mother got tired of them and permed my hair for easier styling. Boy did I miss my ponytail style when that happened! Nice to see Angela and Veronica Cartwright are still alive and well leaving indelible marks in our childhood memories. ❤🙏⭐😁🌴
I met Billy Mumy at a Sci Fi Convention in Atlanta in '87. He still had hhat beautiful red hair snd smiled when I said my grandfather, father, older brother, and younger brother were red heads. I took after my dark-haired mother. I later saw his and the late Bill Paxton's video "Fish Heads". Quite funny. Clint Howard also played on "Star Trek" 2x, on the original series and as a Frengi on "Enterprise". I believe Veronica Cartwright also played on "Aliens" if I'm not mistaken.
I’ve met two of the child stars. Johni or Johnny Whiteaker My gym was Holiday Spa in Mission Valley,San Diego right next to a TGI Fridays literally bumped into JW in the locker room 1984. I’m glad to see JW is staying incredibly fit for his age. Butch Patrick I met in 2003 I was the Site/ Manager Curator for the Villa Montezuma- Jesse Shepard Historic House Museum. Butch was the presenter for a program called “Macabre Theater”. They used the Villa for one of their programs. Butch visited with his two younger brothers. The Villa was built in 1887 for Musicizn singer/ spiritualist Jesse Shepard who couldn’t read or write a note of music but felt to his dying days the spirits of dead composers were channeling through him as he played. Local writer/ psychic/ spiritualist Bonnie Vent was a mutual friend and lobbied to get Macabre Theatre to film at the Villa. The Villa Montezuma is located at 20 th/K streets San Diego one block east of Highway 5 North and 6 blocks east of Petco Park.

Anissa Jones didn't just pass away in 1976. She died from the worst overdose the medical examiner had ever seen. Twenty years later, he said it was still the worst he'd ever seen. When child actors are not so cutesy anymore, they can't find jobs and feel like failures.
It was so tragic. She fell in with the wrong crowd and her mother wanted Kathy Garver to spend time with her. Too bad her Mom didn't take a firm hand with helping to keep her safe and well.
Anissa was treated like crap,after she did family affair. Her home life was terrible, She thought drugs would take away her pain. I remember the day,she died, Yes I’m that old .

Not nice to say, but BEAVER CLEAVER, aka, JERRY MATHERS reminds me of a shriveled BEN CASEY, aka, VINCE EDWARDS. Also mean, but my late dad, who had viewed the show new along with his older kids back in the day, said 'im disappointed!' when he saw jerry on a show. He had admired him and thought he'd be something else as an adult. But thats just it, MANY child actors are cute in a funny way, and some kind of stunted looking to play uounger. That DOESN'T result in hot grown ups, usually.
If I could add one more thing. Max Baer JR turns 87 on December 4 th. Not a child Star but a great comedic actor of the 1960s. Ron Howard made Maxs dad heavyweight Champion Max Baer SR look like a sadistic psychotic monster. ,Which he wasn’t Max was an amiable affable likable goofball who “ trained on booze and broads” and still became champion. Before Cinderella Man “ was released Nax said “ I hope they don’t make my dad look like MR T in Rocky 3. After viewing the film Max JR said “ they made my dad look worse than MR T. If you want to learn about the real Max Baer watch the Documentary “ Tender Hearted Tiger” from the 1960 s.
