Actually I should have asked WHY English was NOT showing even when properly selected. I tried as 2 responded clicking on and off and even selecting another language. That worked for a short time; then half way through English again switches off. Thus I gave up on Cereal completely. Thanks for the help!

Go to settings, cc, auto translate then select English. It'll work
