我认为这样的实验不标准，你们要嘛直接把钱包丢在那，而不是找个人跟他说我找到钱包然后交给他(这有种给与责任的感觉)，再次就是现金量增加，如果我没看错你们好像是用1元。。这样完全没吸引力。
@@winnergol3687 因为那论文里面的实验设计就是将钱包放到那些服务机构前台，然后看工作人员会不会用邮箱联系失主，既然是对照实验当然得控制那些无关变量相同。不知道那论文里面每个钱包放了多少钱，如果歪果仁他们钱包里面放的钱没有那么多是会影响实验结果，但实验结果肯定是远高于论文里面的8%-22%的。
PS:个人猜测那论文钱包里面放的钱肯定也不多，40个国家每个国家几百个样本，不可能钱包里面放个几千几万的。

Of course they will call 🤣 last time i forgot my phone on Didi cab, the driver uncle managed to figure out and find a type C cable to charge and turn on my phone, and wait until I call it. I have two phones so I did not realize that I lost one until late that night I wanted to call someone use that number. And the next day I called my phone and got in touch with the driver. He made a trip to deliver my phone to me and put down the thank money🤗.
I'd say without all the warm hearted people in China, someone like me makes a living in a strange city all by oneself could be so hard. Instead, I feel so beloved by the surroundings and strangers. Thank you guys so much for making this video. People living in China deserve a fair chance to express themselves and to give a second opinion of some misleading materials.

原实验没测日本，给出的原因是日本人一般会把钱包还到警察局，然后我就没关注这个实验了。。。。。。
屁，那怎么没说日本会拿里面钱包的钱呢？好像是三分之一还是一半来着，他们说那是日本习俗，作为报酬的，我在日本生活过6年，丢了好几次钱包，没拿回来过一次。我去警察局报案了都没用，从来没找回来，每次现金至少2万。所以啊，不要高看国外人的素质，也不要看低自己国家，日本人是这个世上最虚伪的民族。

@@jjwu3273 大哥，日本捡到钱包上交是有权利可以拿1/3作为回报，但不是每个人都会拿。我在日本生活了8年丢过10次以上钱包，每次现金都好几万，去附件的派出所报案，基本当场就找回来了，并且每次对方都一分钱没拿。只有一次没找回来是在车管所换驾照时那里几乎都是外国人。日本人的虚伪，是为了不给别人添麻烦。如果你在日本生活了6年，应该能感受到日本人的素质相对大多地方都算比较高的。我并不是说多么喜欢日本，但是你刚好说到我最有感触的地方，至少我遇到的情况是这样的。

其實，世界是多元的，應該要更包容和尊重去理解不同文化，尤其是幾千年融合而成的中國~

这个调查最大的误区就是忽略了两个点：1、中国很少人用邮件 会经常使用邮件的绝对是中国的精英阶级和苦b学生 其他人都是微信qq搞定2、中国现在出门带钱包的绝对是少数 所以大家对钱包都不是很在意
也不一定精英 一般企业内外部往来会用电子邮箱 等于是一个正式留底的东西 微信QQ什么的不太正式
邮箱对学生来说基本上就是填表格用的，谁没事经常用邮箱呀学生，好麻烦呀
我是绝对不会用邮箱联系的，因为回复的时间太慢。。。
精英阶级用邮箱是什么鬼？

you guys are so adorable! thumb up! ...just one tip here, as someone comes from scientific research background: in order to provide evidence of your aim which is (mainly) in Chiense culture people prefer phone number over email to contact strangers, you will need to perform exact same experiment with a wallet that contain only email address (as your control group). otherwise, it is really hard to convince that different contact is the cause.

我是大马华人，我朋友曾经在中国广西南陵餐厅吃晚餐，切把钱包(4千多人民币和1千多五币)和护照掉在餐厅或不知道什么地方，当发现不见时已经是晩上一点多，当时一路找，找到餐厅時，餐厅已经打洋了。这是最后机会，如果真的找不到就bye bye了，一整夜睡不着，结果明天一早十点去餐厅，餐厅的员工说昨晚工作人员有寫一个字条，客户掉的，真的找到了，中国人很诚实。感谢中国人

感谢制作组发出声音，作为一个澳洲的华人，一直都想能发出声音，当大家了解一个真实的中国。我们专注背锅20年，都已经习惯了。埋头做自己的是吧，因为有些事实是改变不了的，就是我们越来越强大。虽然还有很多问题，但是，我们的进步是谁也不能否认的，知道有一天，我们强到，让最无知的外国人民都能了解到。就像，当年十八线小乡村都知道四大天王一样。那个时候还在骂中国的人，呵呵，那就是无脑黑了。
我在中国还公共自行车的时候把包落在把手上了，隔了几个小时去找，在边上小区里的全家一问就问到了，本来是想去调监控的，后来发现路人直接交到全家了，所以那些没打电话的也不一定有诚信问题，他们可能只是觉得丢钱包的人一定会回去找。

The experimental design is problematic: the control group is merely a card case, not an actual wallet. It doesn't have individual ID like driver license or credit card. The business card has only name+job title+ email address; no phone number and address. So the estimated "civic honesty" effect is about whether people are more likely to return a key or return a key plus 49 yuan (in China's case, 8 city and 400 observations) when you only know the person's email address. Even for front-desk folks in an average hotel in China, they don't really use email.

Thank you guys for your video! I'm in favor of making as many videos as possible on such subjects. Maybe I must be honest that I lived in Europe when I was a child, so I used to have different degrees of prejudice against both Americans and Chinese. But after I really came to China at the age of 17, I abandoned my previous from Internet and TV media perceptions, just only integrate and understand what China and other East Asian countries are presenting to me. Undeniably, compared with other Asian countries such as Korea and Taiwan, I now prefer Americans who believe in love and equality, and Chinese who are sincere, rational, kind, tolerant and have ancient civilization and wisdom. Often, people who insult China are either Taiwanese or Koreans, Muslims, or Eastern Europeans or Turks.
Now, my mind has changed. Rather than being angry with the frogs sitting in the well and watching the sky, I should ignore their ignorance and try to be more tolerant of the narrow mindset of the hopeless.

About Taiwan, there is no such public statements even for their ' government' which declare it is a independent country. We do respect you and your friends maybe from Taiwan. It's not a good idea to discuss this topic on public.

去年带一群外国小朋友坐高铁从上海去 杭州，一小孩落了他的书包，都快哭了。和高铁工作人员联系了后，确定了包还在，并表示可以免费送到一个城市的高铁服务台，于是我们在三天后去宁波的时候在宁波高铁站拿到了他的书包。我希望这段经历能让他至少在以后其他外国人嘲讽或抹黑中国人的时候，他能站出来用这段经历和他们说说道理。
