tfxng They allow the plates to rest on the stand rather than the bar itself like on an individual portable rack, which damages the bar and messes up the knurling
tfxng Not too sure what they’re called but I know they’re extremely expensive and not sold in most places. Dynamic Fitness Equipment has some on their website if you search DHS squat stand set.
If any 2 of them come to my gym or most commercial gym in HK... Doing separate squat section..... There will be out of 45lbs for squat, bench and leg press

@@in6seconds563 So its "trick" for him to get out of hole when heavy lift? I see. I personally would not do that, its sound dangerous lol I prefer to hold grip tight.
@@Altimis Not a trick but a tic, it means an unintensional movement from the nervous system when he lift. Everyone has something like that when they do their workout during the most difficult part of lift movement
From my experience, it is less demanding on the thoracic flexibility to maintain upright torso with a wider grip. So when pushing through the sticking point of a heavy squat, he might "cheat" on the grip when he feels like he is going to loose the optimal torso position.
I think it's because he almost lost his tightness to where he feels uncomfortable with heavy weights. People tend to experience this when the weights gets too heavy for them.
Team china dont usually show their athletes training maxes unless it is Clean and jerk and snatch, but technically yes it is his best squat recorded but by the looks of it he can do 330s
Helps with shoulders and triceps you can’t overload those muscles as hard with an OHP as you can with bench it’s not necessary to bench but it can be useful
