V has always been one of the good dancers of the group XD he just wasnt named as part of the dance line (Jhope, Jimin & Jungkook). Dance line basically consists of the members who are exceptionally good at dancing. But after this was released, he has officially been dubbed as one of the dance line in a tweet by their choreography director and I think he deserves it :))
