In the video, at 13:31 your diagram states it's a "Cooke triplet", but the Cooke Triplet contains only three elements, not four as in the Industar-22. I'd love to see a similar breakdown of the Industar-10, since it's almost impossible to find a definitive diagram of the optical design, and there's some misinformation about where the lens aperture sits.
You could... at the least you would remove the coating. This is not something you would want to free hand. Creating a tool would be required to keep the form of the lens. Pitch is a common material to make a lap from the lens itself. Check out th-cam.com/users/HuygensOptics for the process.

It is a tessar design with 4 lenses in three groups....
The original triplet was designed by a guy from York England many years ago......
I have that same Zorki 4 with russian txt on it (cycrllic) my one like that dosent work... but I have 2 other Zorki 4's
