No rush just wanted to shout you out 🥰
I think an obscure book is either one that has a very particular, maybe experimental style, like Franz Kafka or Olga Ravn's The Employees e.g. or/and one with a very dark, almost horrory theme, like House of Leaves or also some books which have a bit of a myth around them.
Oh I don’t tend to read books like that
