      Count me in..i will be turning 30 in october and yet im just at home doing the minimal of everything because of my lack of motivation, feeling lost and insecure where to go and what to do next after just lost my job by the end of march. So envy of people who have found their meaning in life or their passion what they love and enjoy doing and even more when they are such at young age..feeling even more useless and lost somehow at this stage of age..guess i still have a loooooooooooonnnnngggggg way to go. Good Luck to All of You who are in the same/similar situation *finger crossed*

    I had an excellence scholarship in school, and I maintained it for fear of not being able to have an education and feed myself because my relationship with my dad was very volatile and I was always at the risk of being kicked out for no reason.
    After realizing this pattern and getting through uni, I realized I had no joy for anything. Even things that I knew I'd enjoy, like singing, were painful to do as in anything I did was a new task and a new responsibility, and nothing gave me peace and joy.
    I'm slowly healing that, ptsd, anxiety, not feeling capable or enough due to always being on my toes before, perfectionism, self-criticism, etc.
    Your videos are very soothing and comforting. Thank you ❤

    I really relate to this- I dropped out of school my senior year and went into a depressive spell. I’m now 18 and have a small business. I also make ceramics and want to do that full time in the future. I finally have goals and aspirations and I feel so much better

    • @LAgifts1

      When you realize how freking awesome it is to be sensitive but that you need to learn to not be open with it With everyone or every place. Once you are able to create good conditions for yourself physically. You will connect to your inner self ..feel whole and through that the strength will rise to the surface
      .
      If not, you will suffer in the sensitivity or the non activity of being stuck on the path...Try always to improve physical..then the connection will come. Meditate, be still sit quietly for a while doing nothing but breathe. Walk in nature, or outdoor activity. Journal ..I hope this helps..your gift never leaves you. Its the best part of you that needs to be nurtured and supported. We learn to do it for ourself and have the right people in our life ..❤

    • @MsTaLaiah
      @MsTaLaiah 4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@LAgifts1 Thank you. I realize I'm the second paragraph: suffering and stuck. Automatically I put the emphasis on what others say and do, so putting my attention on creating good conditions for me and considering what I want and need would be so helpful. The physical is so important and I know now since I've been struggling to eat or cook for myself. It's literally everything you typed. And I think I don't want to embrace being sensitive since it's likely an effect of me being in fear all my life. I notice when someone's mood or habits change and I try to predict why or I basically connect it to something I did that they didn't like and that's not healthy. It's exhausting. Acceptance is really hard for me, too.

    Nah seriously, I'm in my 20s and I've had many passions but never felt confident ig so I never thought of pursuing it. Now since I have confidence and have a different few on art completely, in all forms, I now have been rapidly learning different techniques in everything I love, music, writing, painting etc. I've already gotten asked how I can write beautifully everyday, and I think a lot of people assume it's something I've done and loved my entire life! Spoiler alert, not at all. I've definitely always had an interest in music writing and other forms of art, but I never was given the option to learn more and I wasn't automatically "talented" unlike photography, ofc I wasn't perfect but I definitely had the eye and enjoyed what I was doing, unlike everything else I felt stressed. Honestly I've learned to stop using my brain too hard in everything and start just letting my body take control with some inspo from my brain, but just go with the flow. That's who I am nowadays and honestly, all these art forms that everyone assumes I've done and loved my whole life? Well I'm loving them now even tho I didn't love them before! I wanted to love them, but didn't. And I'm glad I've finally had the time and space to learn more about myself in these techniques and be able to finally create and enjoy the process like I've always wanted💕🙌

    Okay, I picked pile 3 and the synchronicities were already stacking up, but I randomly zoned out for a minute at about 1:48 because i was hit with a vision for a painting, a pretty visceral one mind you but it was an image of a woman sewing her tongue back on, and another of a woman removing stitches that were keeping her mouth closed. Her expression was strangely peaceful and a soft light was surrounding her, and in my head they felt almost like an angelic presence providing anesthesia for the surgery. THEN you mentioned the only weapon we would be able to hold from now on is a needle!? Like WHAT are the odds of that, holy smokes 🤯

    A brick and mortar school is honestly just not for everyone, and I think if we as a society could realize that, we would be in a lot better of a place. I have adhd and for the longest time I struggled because homework outside of school was just so difficult. I didn’t understand why I couldn’t focus or get things done like others could.
    Then I got diagnosed and went on meds, and now I learn new things about my adhd every day! I would love to start my own business like this one day where I can just create mindlessly and make things I enjoy on my own schedule. Having a job like this means that I could wake up every day happy and not have to dread going into an office job or worry about being late to a meeting because my alarm didn’t go off.

    I always got angry at myself for not starting my m passion earlier in life. I always loved acting, but I put it off because I thought you had to be a doctor or teacher. The moment that I switched to wanting to professionally start acting, the pandemic hit… but in a way I think this helped because I was able to comfortably start without completely showing my body (I was struggling with BD issues at the time). I’m now in college for acting and I am a lot happier, but still working on myself.
