Thankyou for such an informative doco. My mother always spoke of the Downs and Devils Dyke to me as a child. I was born in Upper Beeding and used to roam the area as a young boy with one of the local cowherders. Got back to Brighton for my 60th birthday from Australia loved it and it seems to draw on the strings of my heart.
