You should never have explained about owning the buffer land, I enjoyed people giving out about you throwing stuff over the fence into someone else's land. 😀 😀

Can you keep them in a densely planted border, also with the intention of growing slower, not getting as big? Theory says no but ive heard the opposite too

They have a very long growing season in Ireland, which makes possible many things that would never work in the US Midwest.
