I miss hiking through the foothills in PA in May and seeing them in full bloom.

Fell in love with this plant variety of Kalmia Mountain Laurel.
I am in zone 4 Wisconsin and would like to grow this variety. I am looking for a good nursery to purchase a variety of colors. Do you have suggestions or recommendations of a good reliable nursery for shipping?

Hi Ramiro. Aren’t they a beautiful shrub. I’m not familiar with plant suppliers in your area so would suggest doing a Google search or asking for advice at local nurseries. Perhaps there is a gardening club or group in your area you could get advice from too. Good luck in your search.

How many inches do they grow each year?

That's a hard one to answer exactly, and different varieties will grow at different rates depending on their site and growing conditions. The one I have in the video probably puts on about 6 to 8 inches of growth a year.
