FaZe went from a clan of kids on CoD chasing their dream, to now they're a bunch of money whores that buy fancy cars they clearly aren't mature enough to have and crash them. The only guys in FaZe that don't piss me off are Jev and Censor. All they do is brag about their money and make click bait ass 10 minute long videos where the title of the video is only relevant for 2 minutes max. Their videos haven't been entertaining in years. The people in OpTic never really changed and they still love video games and are nice people and love what they do and don't do it for the money. Whether or not this is true is beyond me but this is how it seems.

Nadeshot brought Optic into pro gaming. Before MW3 Optic was a joke, just a sniper clan that had no professional basis. Then they started signing established pro players like Nadeshot and Optic became respected after that. IMO Nadeshot took Optic to another level

Nade, I had an extreme passion to OpTic in cod during the 2nd half of bo2, ghosts, and first half of aw days. I used to get really nervous just watching you guys play at events. Without you on the team, I dont think I wouldve really got into competitive cod like I did. You were the reason for that passion. When you "took a break" (retired, everyone knew this), my passion slowly diminished into barely anything. I still watch events in the bo3, IW era, but I just dont have that passion anymore. I still like OpTic and mostly only watch them now, but I dont get nervous or have that passion while watching. When you retired, I thought I'd still watch your videos like I used to, I just dont. Yes, your brand is growing, but I think it'd be bigger if you were still with OpTic. You were the reason for competitive cod being a thing, but you betrayed it. This "beef" you have with OpTic is pathetic. H3cz and Scump were your 2 best friends. Just think about the good times. The bo2 and ghosts cod days. You may not have been winning, but the videos and streams were T1. Also, remember the summer of bo2 when you guys played other games in the game room? That summer was amazing solely bc of your minecraft streams with the optic crew and syndicate. Anyways, those are my thoughts. OpTic is the best thing thats happened to you, it WAS the best time of your life, and it will forever be the best time in your life. You need to connect with OpTic again. You need to go the house whenever you go home. The OpTic house IS your home.

Another thing i noticed is that optic just became more dark and "unpositive". Im not gonna lie nade's relationship with optic in the old house was bad but it wasn't toxic how it is now. Formal moved out after they lost cod champs, they always get mad at each other for what ever thing they dont like. Yea nade got in fights with the team but when it came to playing it didnt affect them as much like how it does now. If you to their streams you're likely to see them discussing.

If you weren't there when nadeshot was pioneering cod streams on justintv and then twitchtv, pre-Red Bull sponsorship, when nadeshot was hungry to sub for Rambo, YOU CANT COMMENT. Because this young man did some pretty extraordinary things during all of those periods of time. Along side the optic brand. Non-exclusive, one did not make another. I have been here that long. NaDeSHoT was the first person in OpTic I subbed to on TH-cam back in 2012. I loved his CoD videos and how good he was. Nade is the pioneer of Call Of Duty eSports and one of the if not the main reason CoD had the viewership it once had. OpTic wouldn't be anywhere near the size it is today without nade and nade wouldn't be the same without OpTic. I became a massive greenwall fan because of Nade back then and I subbed to seth, will, merk and JKap when he joined. I remained a fan of OpTic right until now, right until I found NaDe is on poor terms with Hecz. Both the biggest pioneers in eSports CoD. I have played CS for the last 3 years and you would be a fool to say CoD is still rising in popularity. Nade made moves, career moves and adapted. His viewership is great and so is his support. To unsub from him or hit him with this is exceptionally false and unfair. I suppose theres a difference though. I am a fan of Nadeshot more than OpTic. Now just Nadeshot. A lot of them put CoD over family as well in a dead scene. Crim has a ego bigger than his belly.

To be honest he never was really the "best" player on optic bar that time scump dipped for a week to NV.
It does however show that the Optic name still carries some weight to it look at how many views this video has gotten. Hands down Nadeshot is the most recognisable pro gamer in esports. I remember at the peak Nadeshot was featuring on NY times articles and having his own sponsorship to Redbull. Crazy times back then but its sad to see their relationship deteriorate as a fan of Optic Gaming. Nadeshot innovated the esport scene. He would stream, upload to youtube and created a large social media presence through this. I don't think anyone smart enough to know that Optic did not make Nadeshot.

OpTic and FaZe have a long history of being the biggest sniping clans. Heres a little history on FaZe clan. FaZe Clan was founded by Timid aka Housecat and Cbass i believe. (dont quote me on that) FaZe clan initially build their fanbase from OpTic fans because OpTic Jambi gave faze a shoutout plus subboxed them, and was featured in a couple of their episodes etc. People started watching FaZe videos and started to love the idea of trickshotting in MW2. Later in the months FaZe Drag, FaZe Fakie etc make their debut and released some crazy episodes. This basically amped up the standards of sniping clips in COD. Later on FaZe recruited many trickshotters from SoaR Sniping to be apart of FaZe which made them even bigger. WillyG a faze member also joined OpTic after leaving FaZe which gave the two teams more recognition. Basically these two teams have a huge history its like Coca Cola and Pepsi. However OpTic Gaming was created first by HECWS and a OpTic member helped give FaZe their start. No one would have known that they would blow up this big but it was until FaZe passed OpTic in subscribers that history was made.

To be honest, I'm quite new to a lot of the guys in competitive gaming but something is going through my head when I watch this video. Nadeshot, i'm not one to judge or start discussions or make assumptions. I am not someone who believes justification is necessary. Whatever you do, whatever other people do, I do not know you in real life but the guy I see in the videos makes me want to see more. People make decisions, some are wrong ones, some are the best ones in their life. Every decision gets taken for a reason.
