- Sorel stops Elizabeth on the docks. Jason comes up and forces Sorel to leave. Elizabeth uses this incident to show Jason his reasons for ending their friendship are stupid. She gets him to admit he misses her. They renew their friendship and go for a bike ride. Later, they talk on the docks about mending friendships.
The way he says yes to missing her.!Enough said.
I could watch that moment between those two over and over, when they are walking off to the bike. The chemisty and their body language is GREAT!!!!
Watching these scenes again still makes me miss them all the more. Jason is so protective of Liz, always has been, always will be. I love how Liz fought and told him she wasn't going anywhere and that she wanted him to stop keeping his distance from her. This is what I loved about Liz, she fought for what she wanted with Jason. She called him out on his bs when the opportunity presented itself, and told him how she felt AND how he felt, even though he wouldn't admit it. Which always turned out to be true. She knew him, and knew how he felt even before he did. That's a true connection. People say that Jason belongs with Sam because she was tough and didn't take crap from anyone and that she fought for Jason and told him the straight up truth about what he really wanted. Well, Liz did all that with Jason first. She was exactly like Sam in that way. Liz was the original leather jacket wearing, motorcycle riding, independent, fierce, no crap taking woman with Jason before Sam EVER was. She fought like hell for Jason and for what they had and Jason could almost always never say no to her. He tried to stay away to protect her, and when she made her case and fought, he couldn't find it in himself to stick to his plan. He crumbled and gave in, because it's what he wanted too. He wanted her, just as much as she wanted him! Also loved how even after a super serious moment, Jason still tried to goof off with her like nothing happened. He's always been so natural with her and so open. I've never seen him immediately be that open and carefree with Sam. There was always hesitation and then some goofing off. Or Sam would be the one to try and goof off with Jason and get him to smile, or something. He never really took the initiative to start it first. He always seemed uptight with her. But with Liz, it was natural and immediate. And he always immediately went into smile/happy mode whenever he talked to Elizabeth. No signs of uptightness whatsoever. I hope they let Jason find his way back to Elizabeth. They truly were the best possible match for each other. Always have been, always will be.
But it didn’t last. Not once she was living the day to day life with him. She could not take the secrecy and worrying about him every time he left the house. She could not take it.
When Elizabeth says no to leaving it reminds me when she comes into Jason's office and says she is not leaving when the Russian guy comes in. The scene is called Watch Me. They are so great together.

Wow! I have never seen Jason show this much emotion for anyone other than Elizabeth. Even when Sam has been in jeopardy, he’ll be angry, but I never saw him scream at anyone threatening Sam the way he screamed at Cerelle by even so much is talking to Elizabeth. That’s love right there!
This is yet another clip that proves that Elizabeth could handle Jason not being able to tell her certain things just as long as he was safe and she would keep whatever he could tell her quiet. All she would ask in return (and he should’ve been able to tell some of it) was not to lie to her and keep secrets about certain things like with Cortney. And I think eventually, even though she was upset that he lied about Sunny being alive, if they had the time and space to explain everything, Elizabeth would’ve gotten over that hurt and betrayal, but it didn’t help that Jason started getting closer to Cortney.
I love their conversation in this clip, and I loved their banter. I so wish that Jason and Elizabeth even if we don’t get them romantic, they could be written like this again.
I also loved that Jason was telling Elizabeth that he had no doubt that she could stand up to anyone, but she Hass to be careful. It’s too bad that when Carly and Sam chastise Elizabeth for her choices in men ( Franco), Elizabeth shows incredible restraint and can’t call out any of them for their choices in men or relationships, or tell them she doesn’t have to justify her relationship to anybody especially them.
Robin is the only other woman that he was more expressive with. Jason looked truly and deeply in love with Liz and Robin in a way he doesn’t with any other woman.
It’s funny bc Carly was with Franco, too.
Love these two! "you are NOT driving!" lol one of my fav lines. Also love how Liz stood her ground and told Jason she wouldn't leave when he told her to as he was holding Sorel. It's funny, lots of Jasam fans say Liz could never accept his lifestyle, or really see or accept who he was when he was doing business, but it's clear here she saw how different he was. She saw how tough he had to be and she saw him threaten and be the total badass that he is, and she didn't run. Jasam fans say that she's never seen the side of Jason that way that Sam has (the business side), but they couldn't be more wrong. This just proves that she has, and has never ran from him, or listened when he told her to leave him so she wouldn't get hurt. She's always seen and loved and accepted Jason for who he was. She's seen ALL sides of him, she saw them way before Sam ever had.

1000% agreed Liz was not never afraid of Jason's life she was not afraid to bring him back to her art studio even thou Jason told her the men could be looking for him she told him not to worry about that and was fine coming and going and never once looking over her shoulder.

All she saw was him rough up someone. But at this time she is really naive. She stayed because the guy might have had a gun and would not have shot Jason if she was there as a witness? Really.? If the guy wanted Jason dead, he would have just killed her too. She has already had a bomb put in her apartment. Sorry, she is just dumb.
And Jason is also being naive. He hasn’t lost anyone he loved or had anyone seriously injured yet. His attitude hardens every time he sees someone he likes, hurt.
But it didn’t last long. When he did not tell her about Sonny’s fake death, she decided she could not stand the secrets and the lies in his business and she broke up with him. That was the way it went. She would argue they could be together, but then something would happen like the Russians kidnapping Jake or Michael getting shot a she would decide she couldn’t take the risk to her kids. Sorry but she did not always accept him for who he was.
Dang what is wrong with tptb Jason & Elizabeth chemistry is undeniable.
Yes it was and now that Steve is back all of them are not putting them in scenes together like before it's so sad and unfair

You are 100% right Dee. This is what I have been saying for years. The Writers totally dropped the ball on Jason-Liz storyline. Now here in year 2019 it's back to Jason-Sam again. I honestly can't watch their scenes together. It bores me to death. Jason-Sam, Jason-Sam....ughh!...the chemistry was not even close to the same as it was with Jason-Liz. That is a fact. I wish there was a way we could write or email the writers of GH.

Couldn't agree more Dee. It's a sin and criminal that the writers fumbled the ball with potential great love story for the ages. Even today the current writers of GH are so clueless that I just stopped watching GH. I can't take another minute of Jason and Sam...ughhh...absolutley zero chemistry as is with Liz and Franco.

Jason should have just leaned in and kissed Liz in this scene. This would have started something amazing. You can see in Liz eyes she totally wanted to kiss Jason.
Jason smile an laugh a lot more with Liz then he does with Carly or Sam u don’t even see him smile or laugh anymore it’s like there is nothing there u only see him smile when his is with Jake an then when Liz comes into the room Jason still has that look he always has for Liz
@@staceycharles527 Agree with Angela and Stacey. You both hit it on the head! I couldn't stand when Carly would always come between Jason and Liz with her dumbass jealousy and opinions. She needed to be slapped...lol...it was annoying because Carly was clearly jealous of what Jason had going with Liz. She really needed to mind her own friggin business. Jason is at fault for allowing Carly to come between them. Today's storylines are blahh...I don't really watch anymore. Jason and Sam angle bored me from Day 1 when Jason escaped from Russia and found his way back home looking for Sam..when he really should have been looking for Liz. I wish there was a way we could write to the GH writers! Now there is good possibility they are going to bring Nikolas Cassadine back but recast him because he is supposed to have a"new face". Ughhhh, lame. Tyler Christopher is Nikolas and he should be back. What is it with GH and having characters get new faces, etc?
Did anyone pay attention when Jason was in jail and Liz came to see him in 2017 Jason still has feelings for Elizabeth. Maybe if they bring him back maybe the could bring these too back together. They deserve a chance of the love they have hear in these scenes. I hope they learn from there mistakes but as for now dont think so.

Yeah I love it when JaSam fans say Liz couldn;'t accept Jason's lifestyle but Sam could. I totally disagree. There is evidence in this scene where Liz refused to leave when Jason asked her too while he had a strangle hold on Sorel. I think Liz was totally turned on by Jason's bad boy persona. She was a bit of a bad girl herself, a rebel so seeing Jason in that lifestyle attracted her to him greatly.
Good chemistry between liz,jason a lot as friends and more Jason was trying to protect liz he cared for her a lot and they kisses between them were hot,sweet,hot,omg, funny all smiles and laughs were cute i miss them like this on gh a lot of the fans do to still this day on gh
Agreed Angela. Is anyone else as bored as me that GH once again went back to the same old well with Jason and Sam..? I honestly can't watch any scenes between them because it feels forced....I never felt the chemistry between Jason and Sam like I do with Jason and Liz.

Because it's just stupid writing. Anyone with half a brain can see that Jason-Liz had perfect chemistry and the beginning here of Liason should have been the start of a very long love story journey between Jason-Liz. Instead that get boring Ms Drama Sam involved and Jason keeps going to back to Zzzam.
