How frustrating!! I'm so sorry you had so many issues. But I'm glad to hear about it because I only see good and sponsored videos of unboxing and I know they try to be truthful but sometimes when it's a sponsor it's hard. And I have been debating about purchasing from them or not. I won't now because customer service is a big selling point for me and if they aren't good then that's it for me.
Can I suggest you try Corner Stationary on Etsy. Not only is the store amazing and carries a lot of stuff that Stationary Pal does, but the seller is amazing and is quick to communicate and fix any issues
I totally agree with you! That's also one of the reasons why I unfortunately don't want to order there anymore.. I need help and don't get any reply and that's a no no.

I'm thinking of purchasing from stationary pal but I've been seeing mixed reviews and stuff about items not getting shipped not getting refunds fixed and shipping costing a lot of money. I'm not too sure whether to purchase from the or not
Not gonna lie, I loved stationery pal even though the shipping was so freaking expensive. But I had a lot of problems with them already.. one order didn't get to me and I still had to pay for it, items were missing and I didn't get a refund, and and and. But in this video it was just too much for me so I decided to never buy from them again. I made the experience and they just fooled me. Maybe it's different with other people but that's just how I experienced it 😣
I'm not sure where you're from. Maybe the shipping won't be as expensive if you're from Asia but I'm really not sure
And I also know that many reviews on TH-cam are good because they get sponsored or anything by them 🙄
I would say give it a try. But really think about it twice if the shipping is too high. And also make sure that they don't fool you by putting the price higher at the checkout like they did it for me. I paid like $20 more for nothing without noticing it. I only saw my final price plus shipping which was ok for me. After paying I noticed I paid even more and they never ever replied to me again. Plus I got a dirty item where they also didn't reply to me after many many emails and messages and comments on TH-cam. They just deleted my comments. So they're a no no for me
@@Mulpiixi looked at the checkout prices for the shipping and it was SOOO expensive (I live in Asia yet the prices are still so high even if i don't live to far away from where they shipped the items from)
@@_za1d_erth oh no that's annoying! I would recommend searching for the items you like on AliExpress. That's what I always do since I don't order from stationery pal anymore. Sometimes I check shein too but they're a little more expensive. I can also recommend journal say, I tried them after all the drama with stationery pal. They don't have as many things as stationery pal but it was so much cheaper, even without shipping costs! And it came so fast to me (I love in Europe, I was surprised how fast it was here!)

I would say check the price at the very end. Because then you'll see how much you have to pay for shipping and for any taxes
And if it's okay for you then you can definitely try it out for yourself if you want
But really make sure they don't add extra $ on the end like they did for me... 😣

I really dont know what the problem was. Normally it was never a problem. And it's weird that it's $40 more out of nowhere. And like i said, I already calculated the shipping price, so they can't say its because of shipping.. it annoys me because I also sent proofs and they never got back to me 😭
shipping company lost my first package, contacted stationery pal for refund, and they never refund me! that's one month now. If i knew they are oversea, i would never buy from them, no matter how good their products are!
To be honest that happened to me too.. they didn't deliver it to me and sent it back to them. They also got the package back but they only gave a little of my money back! I didn't get a full refund 😒 so I lost so many $ on their shop not even once! 🙄
Well, I was gonna place an order 2 days ago and I gave up actually... The total of the items was about 46€. With taxes and shipping went up to almost 60. I used the coupons they has now which is 30% and 15%. All items had either one or the other discount (yes they were supposed to be used together). After discount order went down to 35. That was rly nice so I go back to calculating the taxes and shipping after the discount. Back up to 60. They took the % off the order but added to shipping and taxes... So I just gave up and looked for the same items on aliexpress and bought them there... I felt like I was being horribly ripped off... 😢
I totally agree to you!! I'll always check aliexpress first before buying anything now. Its (mostly) way cheaper. I know that the shipping will be longer but I'm totally fine with that as long as I can save some euros and can buy more from that money hehe ☺
My boyfriend does the same. He always searches on amazon and once he found something he likes, he checks aliexpress because its mostly cheaper
And yes, I'm so disappointed since this video that I'll never ever order from stationery pal again. Especially because I noticed how much they ripped me off just for the shipping. I can buy from other Asian stationery shops for free shipping without any problem! 😌

Oh no that's so annoying! I also ordered a mystery bag once. Maybe, but just maybe, they put both into one bag. I wasn't sure in my order either. They put the mystery bag inside my normal package but also put the stuff I bought separately into this bag.. I'm not sure if I got kinda scammed there or not 😕 but the lovely peoples on my channel recommend to contact them on their Instagram. They said the owner of stationery pal is running this account and they reply way faster there! :) maybe give it a try. I hope they will respond to you as soon as possible!
@@Mulpiix @Mulpix thats what i thought at first but even if the two mystery bags were at the lowest listed item counts for the bags it wouldnt match up :( there were only enough items for it to have been one bag. I hope you get a response soon too! I try to stay off social media so ill ask a friend to contact them on insta for me i guess :/ its really annoying their customer service email isnt being checked and their customer service phone number literally doesnt work! Ive never had an issue with them in the past so im not sure whats up here

My very first order was a mess too but it was the fault of the postal workers so its not stationery pals fault.. but yes idk what to do. Imagine I wouldn't have anyone that uses social media... 🥲 its just a nono!

I’ve also had issues with their customer service, for the amount of stuff they offer, they should have more staff to help them with customer support. I found contacting them on instagram is the best way to contact them, they definitely don’t respond to emails very fast. The owner of stationery pal is the one who runs the instagram account so contact them there for sure, inbox message will do if you also explain about the previous emails.
I hope you get a replacement bag and your money back!!

Oh no this is so shitty. Have you tried reaching out through them through their social media? Maybe message them on their instagram? Cute items I was really tempted to order from them during their black friday sale and had my basket filled up and w the coupon codes it only came to $40 but then when checking out I got $25 shipping and $25 import taxes and was like..... no thanks 😅 I hope they will reply to you.
Since I don't have any social media I haven't tried to reach out on them there. I thought about writing underneath their youtube videos if they don't reply to me within the next week 🤐 and yes the shipping and taxes are horrible 😭

Stationery pal gets a bunch of promotions and people buying from them over and over again. They’re customer service should be top priority. Did you heard back from them?
No not yet. I still didn't get any reply 😕 and I don't know what else to do..
@@Mulpiix when I have an issue with my order normally I would email them. If that doesn’t work I’ve tried contacting them on instagram or TikTok for issues. Sometimes they respond a lot faster on there.
