JDM solved dumsor before he left office by bringing in the karpower, Ameri, Tico including the Atuabu Gas. In 8 years of NPP, what power plant was bought under their watch and they failed to add additional generation capacity to the existing megawatts. And owing the independent power producers amounting to over $ 2M, hence the recent power cuts. JDM introduced the progressive free SHS policy in 2015.
