My approach would be : Lease to buy only tools you need (no renting) and pay them off ASAP, maybe limit yourself to * items leased at any one time. If you have a tool that can do a job (however difficult), keep it until you have the cash to buy an upgrade outright, swapping the tractor was fair because it simply could not do the job. Only accept contracts that you can do with the tools you already own. But it's your game so feel free to ignore anything I suggest if it spoils the game for you.
Thanks for your comment @unclegreybeard3969. That's a really good shout actually. Effectively if I need something, I need to lease it with the intention to permanently purchase it or like you said, with the cash to buy the upgrade outright. Not sure I did that in the first few episodes but will definitely do it moving forward. Wish me luck 😅
Thanks Deabs! When I came to start editing the video I had an initial meltdown mind! 😅 Yeah I think you're right as I'm not sure a wider drill would fit out of the gate at the store!
Love that you got the Massey Ferguson 👌
Keep up the great work man! Enjoying the channel
@@bighoss7603 thank you fellow Bearded person for your nice comment 👍

Don't worry about the commentary! I think keep the drill in case of more contracts and get a cultivator
