m40i owner here as well, love the sideskirt look man. recently put quad pipes on mine, changed rear diffuser, lowering springs, spacers and a downpipe. she's mean now. Also with stage 2, thing is a beast.

I own a 2019 x3 xdrive and yours looks really nice. Man i should of gotten the m but they didnt have any around when i bought it in 2019
definitely a great car! if it’s out of your budget, maybe a 2017ish 340i could be a good entry into b58s. if space constraint is an issue with a sedan, def try to get into the m40i

Great channel! I have same year & color model and LOVE it. Quick question... I noticed on your parts list that you went with -25 & -33 offset for your wheels and then installed spacers. Why not just go with wheels with different offset (like -48) and then forego the need for spacers? Just a curious observer looking to upgrade my boring 19" square wheels setup (245/50R19)
preciate that! and sorry for the confusion on the offset. it’s +25 & +33. i have a 9 & 10 wide set up but the ideal set up would be 9.5 & 10.5 @ +18 & +28. with the consideration for the .5 & offset, the spacers the the job fine (also not all wheels and companies make the same offsets so you can see how that can be a headache trying to find the perfect style and size) off the shelf
what are the bumper covers you put on that looks like boomerangs ?
if you ebay search, they’ll come up as like “bumper trim”
Got any interior rattles? If so, would be cool to see a vid about how you remedy any rattles (if it bothers you as much as it bothers me). I have what I think is the washer fluid reservoir rattle which resonates into the cabin and sounds like it's coming from the passenger door / glove box, so I'm going to attempt a fix for that.
hmmm, haven’t got rattles from there. i only get the slightest of rattles in my driver door panel (which doesn’t bother me enough to notice it.) and it only happens every now and then

check amazon brotha. they’re like $250 all over ebay, $160+ on alibaba… and there was a singular listing for them on amazon for $100 with a $10 coupon 💀 i was shocked af but it was indeed to be the truth
Do you know how much hp you run with the BM3 tune? Also would you recommend that tune or go with another OTS platform?
i would definitely go bm3 for the ease of use. MHD is good too but i just feel that bm3 is the “go-to” for b58s. i used jb4+mhd on my old n54 (bc it was like the prime set up). that’s how i feel w bm3
