My business does not have GST, but we have to do TDS filing after every month, I.e, TCS 1% in every invoice,,, I am unable to see the TCS in my invoice even after adding it as a New Tax in Settings

Under Item details, the number of delivery challans that are in the open and delivered status will be displayed. You can choose the delivery challans from that list and include them in the invoice. 1. Go to Sales and click Invoices.
2. Click the drop down arrow next to +New.
3. Click New Bill of Supply.

1. Log in to Zoho Books.
2. Click the Reports module on the left sidebar, and click the Inventory Summary report.
Then, you can view a detailed summary of all your items including the Stock on Hand, Committed Stock, and the Stock Available for Sale. You can also customise this report for different time periods.

We presume you are trying to create a bill for the item. If yes, you can go to the Purchase module, click + New Bill, and create the transaction. In case you purchase goods from vendors who are outside India, you can create a Bill of Entry for them.

Hi, We do have the option of adding employee details while creating expenses in Zoho Books.
Enable the same by going to
Settings >> Preferences >> Expenses >> Enable 'Associate employees to expenses' >> Hit on 'Save.'
When you create an expense, click on
'Employee' field >> Hit on 'Manage Employees'
for add new employee details.
