My business does not have GST, but we have to do TDS filing after every month, I.e, TCS 1% in every invoice,,, I am unable to see the TCS in my invoice even after adding it as a New Tax in Settings

Hi Armanhusein, Yes, you can raise one invoice for multiple delivery challans. Go to the new invoice creation page and select the customer. Under Item details, the number of delivery challans that are in the open and delivered status will be displayed. You can choose the delivery challans from that list and include them in the invoice. My business does not have GST, but we have to do TDS filing after every month, I.e, TCS 1% in every invoice,,, I am unable to see the TCS in my invoice even after adding it as a New Tax in Settings

If you wish to collect TCS, you can add it as a line item in the transaction. Here's how you can do this:
1. When creating an invoice, add the TCS amount as a line item and enter its rate.
2. Choose the Tax as Out of Scope.
3. Click more icon (...) near the line item and choose the account as TCS Payable.
4. Save the invoice.

2. Click the Reports module on the left sidebar, and click the Inventory Summary report.
Then, you can view a detailed summary of all your items including the Stock on Hand, Committed Stock, and the Stock Available for Sale. You can also customise this report for different time periods.

Can I make single invoice on multiple delivery challan?
Hi Armanhusein,
Yes, you can raise one invoice for multiple delivery challans.
Go to the new invoice creation page and select the customer.
Under Item details, the number of delivery challans that are in the open and delivered status will be displayed. You can choose the delivery challans from that list and include them in the invoice.
Then, fill in the necessary details and click Save.
This is how you can convert multiple delivery challans into one invoice.

How to enter Bill of material ?
Hi Bharat,
We presume you are trying to create a bill for the item. If yes, you can go to the Purchase module, click + New Bill, and create the transaction. In case you purchase goods from vendors who are outside India, you can create a Bill of Entry for them.
