Indeed. More specifically, this is the music that exclusively plays in the side mission "Skerries". This reuse of this cut theme was similar to when they reused what would become Funky's Flights from KI1 and Count Batula's theme from KI2.
Too bad no k rool for 64. Would love to have seen him show up with his dk64 design. Oh well.
