I Bought a "Lightly" Crashed S550....and I'm Going to Fix it!

- Today I show you guys the new rebuild car project Mercedes S550 I just picked up from Copart! This is a 2015 Mercedes S550 I got delivered to my door for about $28K. The repairs don't look too extensive, really - looks worse than it is.
I love the way inja and Lord kurt are just two guy's together building their dream.....projects kind of warms the heart.
The heart to heart reminds me of Jeremy Clarkson explaining why people love cars.
I'm so excited man, can't wait to see the finished project. Those S550's are beasts

just a reminder not sure if you know this but the SL spare needs to be pumped up before installing thats its flat state. this builds gonna be mad great eye on the purchase doesnt look like it needs much.

Fk the haters. I also (finally) got an S class (also used) and some people insinuate it's an ego thing. I just go, "I guess you're right. I can't force myself to drive a crappy car"! BOOM! Man you really just made me miss my A5. My S80 T6 is great but that Audi was a drivers car and begged to be driven.
That's an easy fix. I think the most difficult part will be the tech pieces. S class has a lot of sensors and cameras.

Seems like one of the best run/drive vehicles I've ever seen come out of a Copart transaction. I wouldn't say it's an image thing but you like luxury (dude, footwell lighting? That's premium), there's nothing wrong with that, who wouldn't get one assuming they could deal with the repairs.

There are 2 Batteries the engine start battery and the main battery. It will be located in the trunk well on the right.

That was the spare from the SL! fits the SL fine, just wouldn't fit over the S-class massive Brembo calipers!
