it was on fox, tnt, and adult swim; as for the "I can't believe she's already 18"joke, the running gag was that she was pregnant for the entire 18 seasons of the show (at the time of that episode), and this is the first time she's given birth. As well, they did indeed let all of this air, either at 8pm EST or later but it did in fact air on tv.

If you can find clear videos of seasons 1-3 of a show called "In Living Color" you should watch it. It was the 80s and they got away with murder. The Wayans family created/wrote/played most of the parts. It was where Damon Wayans and Jim Carrey became famous.
Look for: Men on Film, Homeboy shopping network, Homey the Clown, and a very special hero named Handy-man.
The writers and performers used to make 2-3 incredibly offensive and vulgar routines they knew the censors would never allow and film them so they could submit them for approval along with 5 other bits that were a little over the line but were tame in comparison.
