Have you ever heard of Lion diet from Jordan Peterson? Ive been gaps for a while but my husband didn’t like eating soup. We switched to Lion diet and enjoyed it. It also has remarkable results!
I do very similar shopping for my home. I buy everything in bulk once a month and every other week for fresh veggies. Today was my azure pick up and since it is close to whole foods and Trader Joe’s I just did it all. I hate shopping and feel exhausted now 😊
Thank you so much for sharing. I have learned so much from you. It's so neat to see where other people source their food. I find that to be the biggest hurdle when you are starting out eating more traditionally.
Is there any reason not to include pork in the diet? I've heard mixed opinions and I believe Dr. Natasha says in the book that fermented pork was found to resolve issues when eating pork. I have access to corn and soy free pork and the gelatinous bits like feet, ears and tail go for less than chicken
I heard misfit market isn't as good as it use to be. Would like to know if that's true. I wanted to try,but was put off because of the negative things.
We are a famiy of five like you... 3 kids... You mentioned whole foods😞 i dont think we can afford that. ... So my question is on average. What does your monthly or maybe yearly budget on food looks like?
Same here. I live in Texas and even with the shipping fee, when I buy in bulk from thier brand it saves a ton of anything I could get locally. Unloading the truck is something we look forward to, even my kids. It gives a real sense of community for likeminded people to come together and get to know one another.

We eat pork, making sure to source it well. We get ours from a friend who raises them free range. And yes, soaking is very beneficial!
Loved this
What do you use the chicken feet for? Broth?
Love this! Thanks for sharing! I’m jealous! I cannot grow beets or onions!
love it; cant wait to see the next what you all eat in a week

I still like it. Just have to sort out non organic now. That's the only difference.
We still like it!

Azure is just too expensive for us. We have to pay a huge truck fee and then they make you unload the truck.
We buy in bulk from them and find it still saves money compared to local stores.

@@jasminesheriff3469 I’m in Abilene Texas and they want 8.5 percent shipping fee.
What did you mean by "culturing" the whipping cream from Sprouts or Whole Foods?
Here is a video where I show how to make cultured cream :) th-cam.com/video/7Bcdwu8bUKw/w-d-xo.html
